I was changed for an order that was…

I was changed for an order that was never fulfilled and when asking about the order with customer service I am told they cannot find the order, then it was the payment couldn't be verified (payment is in place and I am being charged) provided proof of my order from THEIR system and also submitted proof the order payment was established successfully now my tickets are being closed with no responses from anyone. I am now left to dispute this with the financial institution. Do not bother ordering from this site IDC how good the discount is just purchase the products else where if you really want them.

Appalling shopping and customer service experience

Shocking website experience and customer service. I was charged for “free” samples. I contacted customer services via chat conversation when i saw this overcharge in my email confirmation and I was told was only part of the billing process, this was not true as i was charged £25 over what the value of the original products i ordered were. Contacted them via chat,email and phone to just be passed from pillar to post (they kept saying my issue couldn’t be dealt with via chat/email and the phone number they gave me doesnt ring) with no resolution. Do yourself a favour and order from Boots rather than through this poor performing website

Very disappointed each time I ordered from the site

Please look for a store selling the products if you like them. Fenty has one of the worst site in terms of bugs and issues and they also have one of the worst customer service. Too bad because the products are good and it’s a pain in the ass to find a reseller but I never had issues with the reseller’s sites or customer service.

Today I tried getting a bundle of the refills on Fenty’s site (I’m not sure why after the many issues I had with the site in the past). The items were listed at 29€ and 33€ each. When scrolling, the bundle for both items was 56€. When adding the bundle in my cart, it jumped to 78€ with a claim that it was lower than the original 91€ price if the items were bought separately. It’s a lie because getting the 2 separately would not cost more than 62€…. When I reached out to the customer service, they sounded lost. I’m not sure how many customers got scammed like that but this is disgusting. No apology and I was left hanging for a long time waiting for the support response. Before this incident, I was ghosted once by their customer service after reporting an issue with their site that was claiming that the international delivery was free above a certain amount, but it was not. I reported the issue the first time and got a refund for the delivery. Reported a 2nd time (months later and the issue wasn’t fixed), same, got a refund. Reported a 3RD TIME (also months later and the issue STILL wasn’t fixed), I never got a reply from the customer service.

Terrible customer service

The customer service on their website is unorganised and incompetent. I tried to change my order immediately after making it, but was told to wait a hour for the order to come up on the system - so I did. When I spoke to them again, they said they couldn't change it but cancel it instead. So I asked for it to be cancelled. Then they told me it was too late and my only option was to return it?

While I have finally found a foundation which matches my shade, it is very cakey, and the price is not worth it

Let me just say, as someone with medium-deep skin tone, it is a privilege to be able to find the perfect shade when shopping for makeup. While I don't have it as hard as dark-skin women or even very fair-skin women, it is still hard to find foundation which isn't so Eurocentric and isn't 2 shades lighter than my skin. For that, I applaud Rihanna for coming up with 50 shades of foundation that range from very fair to very deep and changing the diversity standard of the beauty world.

I have bought three products from Fenty Beauty at a Boots: the Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation (360), the Eaze Drop Blurring Skin Tint (16), and the Pro Filt’r Hydrating Longwear Foundation (370).

While the Skin Tint and the Soft Matte foundation are perfect shades and lightweight on my face, I have massive issues with the Hydrating Long Wear foundation. It is way too cakey on my face, even when I would use a makeup sponge to blend it in and soak up excess foundation after using a regular foundation brush. It quite literally looks and feels like I am putting paint on my face. And to top it off, it clings onto every dry bit of your skin and creates prominent lines on the creases of your face (specifically the sides of my nose, the smile lines of my mouth, and around my cupids bow).

Personally I don't think the foundations are worth £30. For the quality I got, it is insanely overpriced. Unfortunately this is one of the few companies which carry my skin shade so looking for alternatives is harder. I do not need to purchase £30 for everyday wear or glamming up for a night out.

I ordered from fentybeauty website

I ordered from fentybeauty website. Once ordered payment was taken promptly. 10 days had passed but no email of any confirmation or sign of the product. After sending emails and constantly contacting them only then i was sent a message of a refund not even the full amount. I paid around £18 for a product, I am receiving a refund of £14. I did contact regarding the amount twice got an email sent of the same refund. I'm going around in loops. I have no idea as to why they've deducted the couple of pounds. Would be nice to let us know. A little disappointing. I would give no stars but not an option hence the 1 star. Uk order.

Make it difficult for customers to get help of any kind

Lack of options for resolving issues is horrific. Trying to get assistance results in endless circling of the same web pages. Not to mention they use Hermes/Evri as a delivery service who might well be the worst in the entire globe for delivering items. Never again

Do NOT I repeat , DO NOT use the Fenty Beauty site to order products if you're in the uk. I waited an entire month for my order to not turn up , even though I had realised 2 days after my shipping confirmation , that no tracking updates had been made , thought that was odd, contacted the company via ‘ online live support ‘ , who then told me ‘ yeah i probably has been lost in transit ‘ , I then ask to be sent out a new package instead of refunded , got told no a refund would be processed but before that happens I would have to wait the shipping period which is 8-10 days PLUS 7 days extra ‘ just incase it shows up ‘ :/. I WAITED THE ENTIRE MONTH before receiving a refund which guess what , WAS £6 LESS THAN I PAID , AS ITS REFUNDED IN DOLLARS !!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY . Love the products HATE THE SERVICE. Never again

Bought the foundation and had broken lid and coundnt use it
Sent a video and pictures to them and woundnt do anything
Will 100% not use again

Excellent!

Excellent! Clean and flawless finish with minimal application. Definitely the best setting powder and concealer with the exception of Forever makeup. Quality packaging and you definitely get what you paid for. Would recommend for any skin tone 👌🏾Riri definitely knows what she's doing 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I’d give it a zero if I could.

I never write reviews for products, so it should say a lot that I’ve felt compelled to write this one.

I’d give it a zero if I could. Had to pay extortionate postage for it to take an actual age to arrive. Got the Pro Filt’r foundation and matching concealer. Read hundreds of reviews online, did the shade finder quiz on the website and finally took the plunge.
When it finally got here I excitedly began applying it and what a disaster. It’s two shades off my actual skin tone, and the coverage is diabolical. Clings to every tiny bit of dry skin, doesn’t blend well and the coverage is both cakey and too sheer to mask imperfections. I get a far superior result with a cheap foundation from Superdrug which costs a third of the price.

They then charge you double the initial postage price (which was from US to UK), advising this is a “discounted rate”, to return it to Slough (which is in the UK). I use DPD quite often, I’ve never paid £10 to send a tiny, light box anywhere, so this is absolutely not a “discounted” rate. All in all I’m down £15 and two weeks of my life wasted for the worst makeup I’ve ever put on my face.

Avoid.

Id liked to have given a zero

Id liked to have given a zero. Awful customer service. Originally got matched online to a shade, was told even if tried it, it was totally free to return. It arrived after weeks!! And was a shade so far off it was crazy. What they don’t tell you is that you pay extortionate postage costs to send it back. Half the price of the product that I don’t want! Awful awful
Awful! Make up is cheap and so bad on the skin and customer service is misleading and costly! Don’t bother!!

Returns/refunds take an unacceptably long time

I sent back returns on April 22nd and keep getting the runaround on when I'll receive my refunds. The customer service is a complete joke. They refer me to tracking website that I provided to THEM in my initial email. They then gave me steps to troubleshoot the tracking website-???? They first told me it takes 20 business days, then they said 30 business days for them to process my refund which is insane. I've spent so much time going back and forth with their customer service to no avail. I'm disputing the purchases with my credit card company as they've left me no other choice.

Is Fenty rebranding drug store make up?

The lip products they sell are not worth the money. It feels and smells like cheap drug store products. For the price it shouldnt be the case. Their lipglosses are super sticky to the point where your lips are glued together and lipsticks have a horrible perfume smell that when you inhale it over time it makes you cough. The packaging is also thin, cheap looking, reflecto plastic. After some time of use the product looks aged. This does not happen to high end make up.

Gave me a rash

Product was good, I actually was able to find my skin tone and I enjoyed the color and smooth look but as soon as I started using the primer, foundation and concealer on a daily, 3 days later my face was broken out in a rash and still is. Today is day 2 of discontinued use. DONT purchase if you have sensitive skin.
