I've had a package left outside (very uncommon in the UK) and I live on a terrace street so it's practically on the pavement. The package was gone when I got home and I've reported it to both DPD and Fenty and I'm being passed between the two with no resolution and very little communication.
I attached the POD which was a photo of it being left unattended in plain view to the original request which should have been the end of it. It's been nearly two weeks now. This is really bad customer service.

The products I ordered didn’t arrive because of the incomplete delivery address they instructed to the delivery company, and the product was returned to the company in the end because they didn’t sort this out quickly. I have received a refund but the price of the product has changed and they didn’t give me any compensation for it.

I went back to check the basket and it did it again - so two orders within the space of 1 minute. They refused to cancel it claiming it was being processed…. At 22:45 at night!

What an absolutely disgusting website. I received 3 dishtowel looking tops. Ordered 3 completely different ones with flowers and they are all very necks with crap material which don't even resemble anything at all from the website. Absolutely disgusting! Just emailed them. Let's see if I hear back!

Signed up for text/email to get a discount and when I copy/paste the code to apply it to my order the next thing that happens I get an order confirmation at full price. I didn't get a chance to review my order at all. Customer service basically said awww better luck next time, check your order more carefully. "Good vibes". WOW. Believe the bad reviews! It's too late for me. Hopefully my order arrives ok so I never have to deal with this company again.

The Sephora UK packaging was fabulous - I loved the attention to detail - the black and white inner sleeved of the packaging and the black and white tissue paper - thoughtful and inspiring.
The shampoo and conditioner smelt delightful....
Adding a small amount of mouse to the finished conditioned wet hair - I waited with anticipation to see if my voluminous hair would spiral without a diffuser - exceptional result.
I would recommend Fenty Beauty without exception.

Probably changed their customer services
I was a little concerned about buying products due to the reviews on here, but I thought I'd test it out anyway, as I really want some of the items as they're highly rated on other platforms. No issue at all - the package arrived within a few days, everything was there, and it was packed really well, so no damage. I think they've probably changed their customer service department!

Im loving Fenty beauty,it's definitely worth the price. Ive purchased their diamond bomb highlighter,contour stick and lip gloss and they're all amazing products.
The highlighter is beautiful and lasts all day on my skin. The contour stick sculpts my face beautifully and adds dimension to my face. But the fenty gloss lasts at least a few hours on my lips and makes my features pop!

This has been the worst customer experience of my life.
Before placing my order, I explicitly asked Fenty Beauty’s customer support for free shipping due to financial constraints. An agent confirmed and promised me free shipping before I placed the order. They also acknowledged my 15% discount code was not working and instructed me to complete the purchase anyway, assuring me that both the discount and the shipping fee would be refunded afterward.
I trusted their word and followed their instructions in good faith.
Fenty only refunded the 15% discount — which I was entitled to — but refused to refund the €8 shipping fee, despite their clear promise. When I tried to get answers, I was ignored, disconnected repeatedly, and ultimately blocked from contacting support.
To make matters worse, I discovered I was internally labeled a “problematic customer” simply for insisting on what was rightfully mine.
It’s been over a month with no response to my emails or messages. This is not just poor service — it’s blatant dishonesty, disrespect, and abuse of customer trust.
I am not wealthy — this was a special gift for my mother. Fenty has taken my money and treated me like garbage.
Fenty still owes me €8, and I will continue to demand accountability until this is publicly addressed and resolved. No customer deserves to be mistreated and silenced like this.

not sure what’s with the negative reviews but my experience with Fenty has been amazing. never had any issues with orders, came on time as promised! i got my makeup done for my birthday and the artist used the fenty foundation, it’s amazing! it doesn’t feel heavy or cakey at all. honestly, i forgot i was even wearing foundation until i got home that night. plus love the lip glosses too. can’t wait to try more products in the future!

Very bad customer service!! 2 orders in a week and still did not receive the product or my money back! When I called customer service they told they can't give me a refund I need to wait. Ill never order from Fenty or buy this product again!!
Very poor packaging
I have bought three shadowstix. The first got very dry. I reordered and the new one arrived with a hairline crack in the cap. I contacted Fenty and they replaced it. I then noticed that my original had also had a hairline crack, explaining why it dried out. Now my new one has a hairline crack and has dried out. It has never left my bathroom. The packaging is clearly unfit for purpose.

I returned my order at the end of March and still haven’t received my refund. It’s been weeks with no update. I sent an email to customer service and haven’t gotten a reply. Very disappointing experience—definitely not ordering from here again unless this gets resolved.
Additionally, the highlighter I decided to keep started to break after minimal use. It wasn’t dropped, nor did I even travel with it. I complained about this issue too, but again, no response. Completely frustrated with the lack of customer support.

Will refund for no reason. Then offer you 35€ store credit after a 100€+ price increase on your order. Will not shop fast.
