An absolute mockery
This has been an absolute mockery. My order was sent back to Fenty 30 minutes after delivery at the local parcel shop, for no apparent reason. I contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they could do, so they refunded me. They also mentioned that, because I bought the items on discount, I could reorder the items (now no longer on discount) and they would provide store credit so that I would pay the same price. They’ve fully ghosted me. I am entitled to £24 in store credit, and now there’s no one responding to my emails/chatbox messages. I’ve been messaging pretty much daily for a week, to no avail. I have no choice but to boycott this embarrassing brand.

If I could give them zero stars I would, has to be thee worst company I've dealt with online, 1st they trick you into a autopay membership with a sale, which I don't know why they are still doing this because they lost a million dollar lawsuit because of this. Then when you try to get your membership refunded they give you the run around, granted I thought the fee was an illegal transaction so I reported it, because on your bank statement it doesn't have their brand name, paypal looked into it and said it was authorized and I found out who it was and told paypal to drop the dispute which paypal did the same day with was the 9th of March, I contact their agents several times and everytime they say they can't refund my money because my bank has a dispute on the charge which they never even opened an investigation into the charge, paypal did and closed it almost as soon as they opened it, their agents say something different everytime I talk to them, and consistently say my bank has an investigation which my bank messaged me 3 times saying they never even started an investigation and the money has been cleared in my account so fenty has the money, why would my bank give them money that's under investigation, their agents are very passive aggressive and not helpful whatsoever, I will never in a trillion years do business with them again and I recommend nobody does, it's sad these new so called progressive companies behave like the same old corporate crooks
Delivery Issues and Rude Customer Service
It's like the customer service rep knows the company has poor reviews so they give the service to match it. I was shocked by the ratings here or I would have stuck with Mac and not decide to give Fenty a try. Mac's service is always amazing. These folks left off details off my delivery addressed and when I reached out the customer service told me "Enough! I dont need to be going in circles!" That was it for me. Never will I spend me money with a company that clearly doesnt appreciate the business.

Disgusting customer service bough a lipstick from boots gently icon liquid in colour Riri when I eventually came to use it first time I have bought fenty it give a disgusting fish smell like the worst rancid smell ever and it was so bad I was nearly sick so I went back to boots but because I misplaced receipt she could not change it so I said please smell it which she did and she was nearly sick too told me to get in touch with fenty as it was not right at all I I paid £25 . I made a purchase from fenty online a few times.The energy has always been great in the past but recently I responded to an email they sent asking for feedback and whoever is behind sending the emails got offended and starting sending these low-key rude emails. If there was ever a need for a negative score it’s for these guys!!! Made an order at the beginning of December 2024, had to order a replacement because it failed delivery the first time. I’ve then returned the replacement back to them only for them to tell me I can only receive credit to spend back at their store.. it’s now February 2025 & they’ve only just told me I can’t receive a refund to my bank AFTER I’ve returned the item, whilst on the phone making the return this was never mentioned, I was told id receive a full refund. worst customer service hope anyone reading this doesn’t need to use them, useless

Products missing from order, customer service ignores you, next day delivery is a lie
I made the mistake of placing an order without checking the reviews.
First of all, they claim to offer next day delivery. Placed the order on a Sunday, and my order was dispatched the next Friday. This is by no means next day delivery, I have not yet even received the order and it’s almost been a week.
Second, one of the items was not dispatched, however there was no notification of a refund, or when it will be delivered instead. I sent an email to ask about this and my request was simply ignored and closed without a reply.
Now I don’t know if I will ever receive this item, or get my money back. The customer service is appalling (you just get ignored) and the next day delivery claim is a lie.

Worst customer service EVER! I have been waiting for a response to my inquiry for over a month, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have received absolutely no reply.
For a brand of this scale and reputation, such poor customer support is unacceptable. A company should not take weeks—or in this case, more than a month—to address a customer’s concerns. This experience has made me reconsider future purchases, as I expect timely and professional communication when dealing with an issue.
Fenty Beauty, if you value your customers, you need to do better.
Would not recommend purchasing unless you’re okay with zero support if something goes wrong. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Don't even bother ordering from fentybeauty.com. poor customer service. Non delivery which was over a month late.
first of all their website will NOT store the correct address as it doesn't store apartment nos.
Secondly it takes a month and a half to deliver and they give no updates on when it might arrive
Thirdly their delivery service is woeful. If yr not here when the delivery finally arrives at some unexpected date and time, they don't offer any means to redelivery or redirect - it's instantly returned. And funnily enough it takes less than a week for it to be returned to their warehouse but over a month to get to customers
Next, don't even bother to try to get in touch with their so called customer service. They apparently don't reply to email which for many is the only means of contact since their customer service is only in the US and only opened at specific hours which is entirely inconvenient for international customers
Finally if you actually get through to their customer service line, there's absolutely nothing they can do. Not sure why they bother. I sent 6 emails and none were responded to. It's been a total waste of time dealing with fenty.
This is a cheaply run setup and totally futile exercise for those ordering from abroad. They're not interested in putting customers first. Only interested in getting your money. Very disappointed. I won't be bothering ordering from Fenty ever again! Not even from on the ground at Sephora

Hello just wanted to leave a review for the costumer service rep Melanie she was such a great representative she assured me she understood my frustrations and despite me being agitated from speaking to another costumer service rep (Tonya H.) rite before her who was not as great as her just rude and not attentive. Melanie handled it and came up with resolution to my problem . she was great efficient and handled this in a timely manner. Someone give Melanie a raise please. The products are always great cannot wait to get my shipment.

Tried contacting Fenty beauty multiple times. They tried to offer refund but I insisted I just wanted the products I paid for.
Finally they arrived today.....and THEY'RE THE WRONG ITEMS!
so they've sent me something completelyyyy different, I'm so mad after waiting all this time. I've emailed them and will see if they respond. I'm just shocked by such awful service.
Long shipping delays and poor communication
I made the mistake of not checking reviews before ordering from the website. Since I’ve used the brand for years and it’s one of my sister’s favorites, I assumed everything would go smoothly, even though it was my first time purchasing online. I decided to buy her some Christmas gifts during Black Friday.
I placed my order on November 29th, but it didn’t arrive until December 19th. For 10 days, the status remained unchanged, showing it was waiting to be picked up for delivery. During that time, I contacted customer support twice, but my emails went unanswered.
I had signed up for email and text notifications about my order but didn’t receive any updates at all. Tracking information for international shipment was hidden away on the website and managed by a third party and wasn’t updating either. After 20 days of no word from Fenty I was assuming the package wouldn’t show up at all and then despite no notifications it was delivered. Some hours after the delivery I received my first email update from Fenty confirming it had been delivered, and hours later, a response from Fenty’s customer service regarding my initial inquiry, letting me know the parcel should have been delivered and blamed the delay on a high volume of orders due to Black Friday.
While I understand Black Friday creates high demand, I find this excuse weak. Many online shops handle large volumes during this period yet still manage to provide regular updates and ship orders promptly.
