I’ve contacted them about this matter multiple times but they are not giving any information whatsoever. I would only need an IOSS identification number to sort out the taxes but the customer service claims they don’t have that information.. DO NOT BUY IF YOU’RE AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER!

I can't believe Fenty Beauty has this many bad reviews on here. My experience is very different. I've ordered multiple times and always got the products I ordered. One time the delivery went wrong, but costumer service was very helpfull and I finally did receive my package.
I love the products! They're al hits! Quality is great. Good price point. I just fell in love with this brand.

Bad customer service
Unfortunately I can’t give 0 zero stars. I had an order recently that I never received from them. After many, many frustrating emails, they finally agreed to give me a refund. But I only received a partial refund. I emailed again and they said that the rest was a shipping charge that I had to pay regardless even though the original order had a shipping charge of £0.00. I did not receive any items from my order but had to pay a shipping charge anyway.

alright so i was super super anxious after reading all these negative experiences here as i ordered and then have sadly read all of this afterwards. well guys i don’t know if i was only lucky or something but i had no troubles at all🙏🏼. i ordered on april 24th and got my package arrived here in germany on may 7th. i had no problems with missing items, wrong items, broken items, stolen package, extreme long waiting or anything. everything went fine and also i had no troubles with extra payments, duty or so on. still i think there are reasons why so many people leave negative ratings so probably i would not order a second time there just because i don’t want to take a new risk and am still kind of afraid.
Gret longwear liquid eyeliner but bad cap
Flyliner lonwear liquid eyeliner really good, it holds well... The only thing is that the cap has a problem, it doesn't clip well and it ended up just drying because of that. Too bad, thought I had found my perfect eyeliner. Maybe it has a defect.
Overpriced poor quality products
Overpriced poor quality products. Mascara is clumpy, foundation won't apply correctly and worst of all a "bronzer" so pale it looks white.
They say it's free returns (even includes a slip in the box saying this) and then want to charge £10. Please save your money and look elsewhere
Absolute Worst Customer Service!!!
I always buy FENTY PRO KISS’R LUSCIOUS LIP BALM on Amazon but I decided to try the website because it had ran out on Amazon. I ordered the above and paid.

Immediately I paid for the item, I got a receipt of payment for a totally different product I had never heard of - PRO KISS’R LIP LOVING SCRUB STICK. You could imagine my shock and I wasted no time emailing the company to clarify this error which was clearly on their part.
All I got were empty words of how there is nothing that can be done and I would have to wait to receive the item and then return it. I already knew something was not right because I had just made the order not more than 30minutes so I’m assuming anything within the presented timeframe could be rectified as it had not been shipped yet. But I waited.
I finally got the item and went ahead to process a return and to my greatest shock, a return shipping fee of £10.07 is to be charged. Meanwhile on the return label, it states that the price for the item that was sent is £15.17 while I paid £19.
Get this, two different products, two different prices but I was charged for £19 for a wrong product (actual price - £15.17). Now if I paid £4.00 for shipping when I purchased the product please tell me why I have to pay £10 shipping fee to return it.
In conclusion, someone or some people are shipping wrong products that are cheaper than the actual requested product and charging ridiculous amount for refund knowing fully well that people would not want to go through with the refund since the shipping fee is outrageous so at the end, it’s a win-win situation for them.
I am extremely disappointed and wish to warn others of ordering any product from UK. It’s a cruel and unfair thing to do to anyone.

I ordered through website popular skin tint shade 3. Within a few hours received a notification transaction cancelled as out of stock. I received paypal notification of refund within 24 hours and email from the company within a few hours of making payment. Although i didnt get the order, the company dealt with refund very quickly and communication within a few hours of making the payment. So positive review from me.

I ordered 3 gloss bombs on November 23th. My parcel hasn’t moved according to tracking since 04/12. I contacted customer service and they said my parcel was lost. It seems like this happens a lot in this company (according to other reviews). It's the last time I ordered something from the website. Get your products on the Sephora website (ordered my gloss bombs last week & received them today)

Awful- actually the worst experience of any company I’ve ever bought from. Update: I'm now having to pay the klarna invoice for a package that was never received. Fenty’s customer service is beyond awful. I went back and forth with them for months. The tracking information shows the package was delivered to the complete wrong address and the person at that address didn’t have it - the postal service clearly either lost or stole it. Fenty sent me a declaration form to fill in for non-delivery, I signed and sent it and then they ignored me. When I chased they told me to check with the neighbors AGAIN, after months. I buy from international companies all the time and this is beyond the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. 80 euros for nothing and a couple of extremely condescending customer service emails implying that if I look under my door mat, or perhaps take a few days off work to door knock by entire neighborhood, it might turn up? Smiley face! Will never ever ever buy from them again and will recommend every I know do the same
Disappointed
I'm really disappointed in this. I love Fenty Beauty. I have been using their products since a glittery poof came out years ago. The lack of customer service I have received from their website though, is rather disappointing. Editing my review. I purchased an item on November 25th. I contacted Fenty Beauty on December 12th asking for a follow up. I received notification on December 18th that a label had been printed, and my item was on the way. We're on December 22nd, and it hasn't moved. I spoke to Fenty Support yesterday. At first they tried to blame customs (can't be when the item hadn't shipped yet!).. and when I questioned their blaming, they refunded my order. I will stick to Sephora.

I live in the UK and ordered a relatively large order to have it delivered by the 15th December (I ran out of my essentials and was hoping that I would replenish in time for the weekend).
I placed an order on the 7th December and the shipment hasn't moved since the 10th! Today it's the 15th and even if it would be dispatched today it would still take at least another 3 days at least to get to me.
I am furious as I could cancel the order and go in store to buy what I need, however on their website it says that if an order has already been acknowledged and dispatched and I decide to cancel, they will hold an admin fee, but doesn't say how much.
Reading some of the other reviews I am now worried that I will not get my order in time for Christmas when I go away so I'll have to buy new make up twice!!! Or, if I do (by a Christmas miracle) get it, it will be with wrong items.
Absolute rubbish service! Got orders sent from Australia faster than this.

This is not at all the experience I was expecting from this brand. I order a new lipgloss that just came out. Received the order super fast, maybe 2 days, opened it up and it’s the wrong item. I was upset because I was super excited to try this new gloss out but figured it’s fine, mistakes happen, I’ll just reach out to customer service. That’s where I learned how terrible this brand is. Just takes your money. It says on their websites that their hours for cs are 9am. I called a little after 9 and was on hold for over 20 mins. While I was on hold I also tried to do the chat online option. Also ended up waiting the same amount of time on hold. No one ever responded. I emailed them and I’ve still yet to receive a response from this brand. I called back again after 10am thinking I would give them some time but I ended up being on hold for over 30 mins with just elevator music playing. I tried doing the chat again and same thing, waited over 30 mins and no one ever came.
I can’t believe this is the type of service that is provided from such a brand. I will never order from them again. Buyers beware.
