Fenwick Equestrian's 5/5 star customer service is as good as their products, of which I use the original Liquid Titanium Hood on several horses, the LT Ear Bonnet, and for humans, the LT Gaiter (like a Buff) and LT headband.
My medically-plagued family uses Fenwick's LT products with great results, and the LT horse headgear has delivered also - most recently calming a purebred Arabian show horse to now be at such ease when travelling. The hood has had a calming-effect on multiple otherwise highly-strung Thoroughbreds, and is so good I'm going to purchase another.
Highly recommend to everyone with a horse that needs calming and/or pain relief, and anyone with anxiety and/or medical issues that cause pain. Natural relief in Liquid Titanium products. Try it for yourself.

I have used these products for over 7 years . I have saddle pads English and western, the results are amazing . I bought the jacket and it’s the best jacket I have owned it’s lightweight and very durable, I have a lot of anxiety so I love the extra comfort in this jacket . I use the cooler and face masks on our horses while
Traveling, and we find them calming and very useful on every horse we have .
This product was recommended by a wife of a vet and experienced horse woman who shows class A arabians , I’m forever grateful to have found these products and helped all the horses we have had contact with. I recommend Fenwicks every chance I get..I have purchased multiples of every item they have and even my dogs sport LT coats. My daughter is now building up her own collection for her horses . I’ve used the ear plugs on my barrel horses. Love them. Just got the knee pads because my horse is always rubbing his knees. So far so good

I bought the fenwick mask with sound reducing ears for my anxious OTTB, and wow, what a difference the ears made in his relaxation! He wears it every time we go out now! I was using the mask without ears, which seemed to help a little, but the sound reduction ears made a huge difference. He's 16.3 with a normal size head for that size and the size large fit perfectly. The clips are nice, and straps are adjustable. Fast shipping. Love it.

Great company, great service. I'm not sure if the mask has any effect on my horse. I do wish there was an option for soundproof ears!

I've already bought 3 masks from Fenwick.
The first one (XL) was small for my horse, they first reached out to me super nice to help and suddenly they stopped replying and that was it.
The 2nd mask was ok.
Now for the 3rd mask... it shows delivered but I never got it. When I reached out to them for help they said they can't do anything that I should liaise with USPS. The support was non-existing and their email were on the verge of being rude.
Great product but I don't recommend given the lack of empathy and support received.

Great product and easy to choose what I wanted. Only difficulty was the slow shipment and expensive shipping fee. I waited almost a week for my mask and it cost $9 or so to get it shipped. I cannot remember where Fenwick is located, but I remember thinking it was just a few states over.
