Sorry to hear you are not happy about our shipping speed. All orders before 2PM are shipped the same day. Unfortunatly PostNL is not always as fast as we are. In over 90% of the cases PostNL will deliver the next day. Less then 10% is delivered a day later, just like your order. Less then 1% takes 3 days.
We are aware of the limitations of PostNL. Because of this we clearly state when you select your shipping options that delivery can take 1 to 3 days. If you need to be sure your order arrives in time we do offer more reliable shipping with UPS. If you have any questions please contact our support team (support@fepshop.com)
