Great purchase
The price of the Creality CR-10 Smart I bought here was the lowest I found in the web. The delivery time was 5 days but it arrived only in two. Everything was good and according to the description.

We diagnosed your problem and send you a new SD card within 24 hours. You received the SD card next day so the whole issue was fixed within 2 days.

I was sent a defective product
I was sent a defective product. The outright unwillingness to be helpful in either a replacement or refund is entirely unacceptable. I have a fairly good sized business that requires a good deal of parts, I will not spend any money here in the future. I typically keep my experiences to myself, however I feel others should know the great risk they face of losing large sums of money if they are expecting returns/exchanges. Taking care of your customers should be of the highest priority. That's how you get return business. That's how you get referrals for new customers.

Service was quick and proactive
Had some struggles with the UPS delivery. The FEPshop service called the UPS service multiple times and was quick to respond. In the end the package got send back to FEPshop and they send it again without extra charge.

The 3 day delivery time is the time the shipping company needs. We can only send out orders when we have the product in stock. We clearly communicate when products are not in stock and only 'available on backorder'. We do everything to honestly communicate our stock status because we know this is important to our customers. That's why you can find the stock status on the product page, during checkout, during order confirmation and on your invoice.
