I have a Ferguson TV in the bedroom, I have had it over 35 years. It still works brilliant. It has outlived many other tv’s in my house, so certainly deserves this review.

Tv/Dvd promptly collected and repaired, returned the next day.
Excellent communication from customer service throughout.
UPDATE, TV IS BEING COLLECTED TUESDAY NEXT FOR REPAIR.

I am very disappointed not to have received a response. Please check your emails.

Happy that TV working but required help with setup from excellent support team
TV working fine now.Good Quality Sound and Picture clear now thanks to your excellent helpdesk.You get through without a wait an added bonus.I had a few technical hitches though in setup.If you select the default option of TV it looks like Apps are connected OK but then you find they do not work properly.Some bits do so confusing. Helpdesk advised to use TV Launcher as Apps do not work properly unless you use this.The default should be changed or onscreen instructions saying must use Launcher.Remote was very erratic at first but after doing reset and swapping dongle to other usb port works OK now.Happy now that working TV in all aspects. Would advise anyone with technical issues to call the helpdesk asap.They are very knowledgeable and know how to fix.

Smart TV not so Smart
The smart aspect of the TV leaves much to be desired. YouTube app in particular goes off in the middle of watching something which is so annoying.

Customer Support Team excellent
Customer Support Team excellent. Can not say the same for the TV Set. We returned it to their factory on 3 or possibly 4 occasions because of faults. They kept insisting it was a problem with our signal strength but that was proved wrong ! Eventually had the set returned to us. It is still in the box because we bought a second hand smart TV which works fine !!

I can imagine this is very inconvenient sending the tv back each time you have a issue. Tuning the tv in at different intervals can help pick up on a better signal strength to help in the future. Good picture from all angles
The ordering process was straight forward. Updates of delivery was satisfactory. The 1st tv was damaged on receipt, emailed required information including picturesnof the damage. Replacement came within days, was short of cigaread, that came within days; very efficient. Tuning the tv was easy, the picture was brilliant from all angles. Glad I bought it, happy with my purchase.

Very pleased with TV
The TV is just the right size for our small kitchen. The picture is much better than the old one of a different make, good that the mounting holes matched the existing bracket so no retileing to do. Overall very pleased.

On the advert on internet said it would have 3hdmi ports. When the tv arrived it only had 2hdmi ports. The reason I bought it was the 3hdmi ports, we were disappointed.

Peaceful site will visit again for sure
We had a lovely, peaceful stay at Sandwich Lakes, would love to have stayed longer but they were fully booked. The cafe served good home made food. Looking forward to our next stay.
