Good and strange.
Loan and repayments worked out perfect. Though somehow because of this loan, my credit rating dropped. My bank manager also can't see the loan on ky credit history, apparently if you can't see it, the companies dodgy.

Well recommended!
Have used Ferratum a few times and my experience has been very positive. Customer Service is great, always helpful and very friendly. Upon requesting an extension of final payment date, this was done very quickly and without any hassles or stress. Fee repayments are very clear and installments to pay back the loan over the duration of the time period is also an option which is great! Apart from having to answer a call upon each new loan application I do not have any issues. Find Ferratum a very useful option for the short term financial situations that may occur.
Would recommend! :)

Very quick - Cash available in quick time. Only small loan allowed first time....even with good credit history. But presumably amount available will increase as repayment history builds up?

Applied for a loan but never got it due to a bank account mishap. The lady I dealt with called Zena was rude and unhelpful. Made me feel awkward about getting a loan when she rang me and asked me questions about why I need a loan. She needs some customer service training and fast! The other 2 staff Jessica and Eugene were great. Helped me get to the bottom of what went wrong
