Understanding

You have always helped me out and are convenient to use. It has been hard to manage funds fortnightly as there always seems to be something come up on top of my bills even though you are expensive to use it has helped me immensely and are understanding when I speak with you.

As a regular customer and prompt payer

As a regular customer and prompt payer, I expect to be informed of any changes that Ferratum do. I was not happy to receive a phone call after request for funds, as it was/is not stated in the contract. This is something new??? Also, my expectation of fluent English speakers is A+, nothing worse than not being able to understand someone whilst speaking to them via the phone.

Was better without having to recontact …

Was better without having to recontact them to explain what the loan is for. If needed why not make it part of the initial application. Ie.loan, amount, term, pin, reason. Otherwise like that it's quick and easy.

Excellent to deal with

Great to deal with, fast and efficient and have understanding credit departments. I had an issue with making my payment on time and they helped me work out a plan for payback which suited both of us!!

I think they are very good to work …

I think they are very good to work with, however only a little thing that I may mention is that when you've already been on the pay roll or whatever you want to call it, i think it annoying that you still get asked what the loan is for.
I like to think that as long as the customer is paying the money back within the contract or whatever that it shouldn't really matter because you have already approved them before. I do realize that you may need to ask now and then but to ask every time you make a loan, can be annoying.
Over all though really great people to work with i haven't had any other problems or concerns.

Very quick service

Very quick service. And if for some reason you are unable to repay a loan on time such as what happened to me in curring unforseen medical expenses they were very understanding.They accepted a fair repayment plan till I got on my feet again.
