We would like to clarify that the €5 Booking & Support Fee is a separate service charge and is not calculated as a percentage of the ferry fare.
In this case, the ferry ticket cost €10 and the Booking & Support Fee was €5. The fee covers the services provided through our platform, including system operation and maintenance, secure transaction processing, continuous improvements, and customer support before and after booking.
The charge is displayed separately after the selected seats have been priced and remains clearly visible throughout the booking process until payment is completed.
We understand that on a low-value ticket the fee may represent a relatively large proportion of the total amount, and we hope this clarification helps explain how the charge is applied.
