Quality dropped overtime
Overall they have really nice shoes but with time the quality dropped. They removed the stitching and some of the shoes had the outersole come off really fast like it was for my latest purchase (Edge X) after only one month of wear.
Already contacted customer support and the only thing they did was to thank me for the suggestion(stitching).

My favorite shoe brand
I'm a long time fan of Fessura shoes. I have feet issues and high arches. I discovered Fessura by incident and found them to be the most comfortable shoes I know. I especially love how they bounce back energy and thus make my walking really much more effortless and energetic. 'And' I adore their designs which are very cool and fascinating. I'm lucky to find them in Tel Aviv. So far I bought various 'Reflex' designs and 'Foam'
Once or twice I turned to their customer service for advice and and enjoyed very attendfful and friendly reply.
