I’ve bought tickets for the beautiful people festival today when I went to check on the tickets yesterday they are not showing in my account . No customer service phone number to resolve just an email . I hope customer service get back in touch today but I don’t hold out much hope

TERRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT USE

This company is an absolute fraud when it comes to refunds. It has been 6 months since our event was cancelled (by the provider) where they advised a full refund within 28 days. I have sent multiple requests every fortnight; they have completely failed to address the issue and made no attempt to give my money back. SCAM ARTISTS - DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY.

Don’t buy from these scammers

This ticketing company is the worst I’ve ever seen. Fraudulently taken my money and won’t reply to any emails. Refunds supposed to be issued in April and it’s now been 3 months with no answer to correspondence. Avoid at all cost.

Company is a disgrace

Company is a disgrace - had refund protection for Vestiville (ORDER #1171553) which was cancelled. Festicket refuse to refund me despite other companies such as Eventbrite refunding their customers. It has been three years of back and forth. They don't reply until the fourth attempt of contact and say they're waiting on other proceedings. They just steal your money. I am trying legal action. This company is a complete scam DO NOT BUY OFF THEM

No refund

I received an email over a month ago that the Calvin Harris concert in Split is cancelled and that I should therefore expect a refund throughout 3 weeks max...I wrote several emails and sent a special request to festicket but no reply until now...Very disappointed with their service and there is not a single contact number on their official website. Went to bass fest in July and had money…

Went to bass fest in July and had money on my wristband left over, I filled out the form in the time frame and still not received a refund. I have never once had a response to any emails I have sent and I have complained about this since July. I just want my money back as this is stealing. Not happy regarding this service at all as they just ignore you.

Paid for tickets to The Great Yorkshire Dales Proms. The event was postponed until 2023 and I filled in the required form for a refund. This was over a month ago and I am still awaiting my refund. as far as I can tell this is a case of Obtaining Money By Deception which is a criminal offence. Having read the reviews left on this site I expect the usual cut and paste response. I will be pursuing a refund via my bank card provider.

Do not trust this company.

UPDATE: The response from the company (below) would like me to send a new email,
despite having sent multiple emails in different threads with no response. Would love to know how they can respond to my review so quickly, but not acknowledge my emails for weeks.
Original post: The festival I bought tickets to was rescheduled multiple times. I couldn't make one of the new dates and requested a refund within the (tiny) given timeframe. I was assured many times that I would receive a full refund. Months later, still no refund - and they have stopped replying to my emails. Never had such a negative experience.

Order numbers #2815255 and #3282267. You responded to say that all my tickets are now on the All Points East app. Well they aren’t, because one is still missing!!!! The event is less than 48hrs away and you’ve still done nothing to resolve the issue. I’ve emailed you again today, only to receive a generic response with how to access tickets via the All Points East app. I don’t need Instructions on how to access them, as I’ve already signed up to access them in the first place. I’ve contacted AXS and they have confirmed that you haven’t transferred the other ticket as they can only see one. You need to transfer the other ticket. If you don’t do this by the time the event is here, then I expect a full refund, as this is your mess up. I can’t believe how you treat your customers.

Saga festival canceled, no refund

After trying to connect to this sh*ty company about my refund for a CANCELED FESTIVAL and they won't respond or give a f, all I'm gonna say is DO NOT buy from them.
I hope this company will get what it deserves, as I'm also talking with others who had bad experiences with them to take it to court.

Really unprofessional company. We bought a day ticket to Andalucía BIG Festival to specifically see Rage Against the Machine in September but they cancelled. We received and email from the festival organisers telling us that Rage had cancelled and that we would be entitled to a full refund but advised that we needed to wait until a replacement headline act was announced. We thought this was fair enough because we thought, if the replacement headline act was decent, we'd hang on to our tickets. The festival has not replaced the headline act but have just slotted an awful band (Biffy Clyro) in to the headline slot. So we have emailed the ticket selling company - Festicket, asking for our money back but Festicket have now decided that they don't want to give us a refund. Festicket claim to guarantee a refund if they cannot offer 'like for like' but they clearly do not follow through on this. Really awful way to treat customers as we should be entitled to a refund if the product is no longer what we paid for.

I purchased tickets to the Uncaged Festival in Melbourne on 9/11/2021. The total amount was $820.60.

The festival was rescheduled and we could not attend on the new date.

I completed a refund request on 22/03/2022. I emailed Festicket on the following dates for an update with regards to my refund: 8/8/2022, 18/07/2022 & 17/06/2022.

It’s now 23/08/2022 and I’m yet to receive a satisfactory reply or refund.

This is absolutely poor customer service and unethical business practices.

Can you pls follow this up ASAP.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE

Girlfriend bought me tickets for an overseas festival. She also purchased insurance in case we couldn't attend.

I wasn't able to travel due to a back injury so requested a refund but cannot get a response from the company. Tried to dispute through the bank and Festicket have rejected the claim citing the tickets are non refundable.

Will be escalating through the bank and if that fails, will be going through the small claims court to recover the funds as we purchased the insurance on the basis that it provides refunds in the event of being unable to fly due to medical reasons.

Cowboy outfit, avoid using them.
