Very disappointed. I have ordered an automberg mixer blender. I was waiting for my delivery but after 4 days I got a message that they refunded my money and they did not provide any details. I have sent 2 emails to them and asked the reason for the refund but I haven't received any reply.

Ordered to be delivered two separate countries in the space of a 4-6 weeks, both orders were prompt and undisturbed.. fully padded and properly packaged. I believe the website to be fair priced considering the wide variety of items which can be bought and posted. This website has given me security in health where I was unable to find in my current circumstances. The staff are reliable and reachable, with their quick response to emails I was reassured of my purchases, safely in banking and the companies professional competence.

Initially I didn't trust this process because I didn't receive any link to track my product. It mentioned that my order will be delivered by 30Jan2026. I was worried and thought that I have been scammed 😭. But within two days, it moved into next stage very quickly. I didn't expect. I received my parcel by 13/Jan/2026. And it packed very neatly. Overall a great experience. Delivery took around a week and a half, which was expected. Initially, after placing the order I only received a payment confirmation and no order confirmation, but once I contacted the support team they were very kind and helpful and promptly provided me with a tracking number, as well as kept me updated on the order status.
