Fetch is good. I got 3 Amazon gift cards, but in the last 10 days they removed 6800 points from my account without a specific reason. I checked my points and I found 10 receipts rejected, it mea... See more

Think about it 5,000 points equals $3 Amazon card
It is taking me so long scanning so many receipts. After diligently doing this everyday with every receipt I get, I only have 14,000 points. 25 points per receipt. I wanted to redeem 5,000 points. I could get a $3 Amazon card. Now think about that. All the time it takes you to snap receipts and for them to use your information and sell it to whoever they sell it, because they're not doing it from the goodness of their heart. They want to reward you for $5,000 points, $3 worth of an Amazon card??? Where do we see that this is worth our time and effort for them to take our information, use it as they see fit and sell it as they see fit?
Scam scam scam
I went to redeem a $5 google play gift card and my account was frozen. I contacted support and all I got was an automated response about violating their TOS when I never did! They refuse to reinstate my account or respond to anymore emails. They should be shut down for violations!

Up until March 7 of 2026 everything has been going fine but on that day I cashed in for two $10 cash cards and I have yet to receive the email for those. I wish they would respond to my emails but they have not, but I’m patiently waiting.
The worst app out there!!!!
Fake offers no points given!!
If you click on what you need to buy and how much to redeem those points, everytime I come back (same day) with the recipient to scan "magically " the offer is nowhere to be found now that its time to give up the points!!
Dont expect your points for games if for some reason it doesnt auto apply
They have terrible customer service. They only recently started telling people if the games you play dont give you points automatically like they should then they will only add points manually once. Before they made this part of their response I spent a significant amount of time on a task that should have gotten me about 6,000 points and they refused to do anything about it. It was never in their disclaimers or anything until recently. They magically cant add points but they can ignore emails and tell you to go fly a kite. Once I am able to cash out I will never use their app again.
Just awful
Just awful, I was subtracted 88,000 points because a receipt I scanned didn't give my correct points so I scanned it again and the correct points did show. They took it upon themselves to wipe out my entire bank of points without telling what other errors I had made.

This company doesn’t honor nor do they respond to complaints by customers as there call center is AI. You cannot speak with a real agent if there is an issue. I will continue to play games through apps like Swagbucks.
Not worth my Time.
I faithfully scanned receipts for 2 years and received a whopping $10 a year. You can only use their electronic gift cards at certain places. For one thing, what are you going to buy for less than $10 including taxes? Another, who in their right mind wants to shop from Trump loving companies like Walmart, Target, or Amazon. Not me! Not to mention all the time I put into it for a measly 19 cents a week. Definitely not worth it. I still have a $10 gift card I'll probably never use.
Poor customer service points not accurate
I find that may times, fetch dis not recognize all the available deals. I have a case open now with them for 30 points for every dollar spent at a restaurant and to date, only 25 points on an almost $40 bill. When I inquire they want me to resubmit everything g for the third time. Buyer beware cust service is a joke

I’ve been using Fetch for several years following all the rules. It’s a hit or miss is I get all of my points bc they don’t investigate unless you have welcome emails etc. Now, when I sign up through the Fetch app shouldn’t they be able to track that without making the customer run around trying to prove they completed a task or sign up offer. Considering I’ve been using the App for 3 years. It’s not right. Also, the chat Bot keeps asking the same questions enter after I have answered them. I think this app is faulty and should be fixed.

I have been using Fetch for about a year or less. When I reached 15,000 plus points. I chose a $10.00 Visa card. They sent to my e-mail the number & a password to be able to get to electronics $10.00 Visa card. I have not been able to retrieve it. There is no customer service telephone number. I am 76 yrs young & it took a lot for me to acquire 15,000, plus points.
Thank you for your time taking to read this review.
Terrible app, terrible customer service and terrible experience
Was not informed that my points expire after 90 days of inactivity and now I cannot use my 14,000 points that I earned. Garbage customer service. Garbage app if my points don’t exist until I actually choose to redeem them. Cannot reach a human directly. You are forced to submit a message and then they tell you they will contact you back in 24 hours. How they will contact you I am unsure of because that information is not provided. Terrible app, terrible customer service, and terrible experience.
Points denied for games
I play several of the games they ‘suggest’ to earn points. In recent months, they have repeatedly failed to add earned points to my account. When I submit a ticket about the missing points, they either add some ‘as a courtesy’ or say that they have already done so in the past and ‘cannot’ add more. Courtesy points are a one-time-only thing. Used to not have this issue of missing points - perhaps it’s the new owners being greedy? Whatever the reason, I am done with Fetch!
Fraudulent and Deceptive Business Practices
I just filed complaints against them for fraudulent and deceptive business practices through the BBB, CFPB, FTC, and my State Attorney General Office because they stole over 200K of my points, for which I've played games and made valid purchases to earn my rewards. They are saying I violated some policy, but will not provide any specific details so I can properly defend myself. Additionally, every time I have asked to begin the arbitration process that they make us sign for to resolve disputes, they ignore my requests. I will keep fighting until I get this resolved or they are made to change their policies. We spend our hard-earned money and they can just steal from us!!???!!! Not on my watch. They've picked with the wrong consumer.
Get insured with Fetch.
I had Fetch for two German Wirehaired Pointers. One is 4 years old, the other 7 months. The puppy has been insured since I got her and older was added after 3 but I had all her medical records. My oldest tore her CCL. The surgery was $5200. Fetch processed the claim in less than two weeks. They paid 80%. I have no complaints, very affordable and seamless process to submit a claim.

Karley was such great help with all my questions today! Patient and reassuring as I have never had pet insurance before I was weary with the "fine lines" we don't catch. Thank you karley for making this an easy choice for my fur baby !
Don’t shop through the App
It started out great, but then they added a fetch shop, where you go through Fetch to shop online for more points. I have tried twice to shop this way and both times it failed to work. You get to the site, but your items and do not get the extra points. Or you get to the site you want to purchase from (Ace Hardware in my recent case) and it doesn’t allow you to purchase anything.
Fetch’s customer service is absolutely no help at all.
I am sure that Fetch gets paid somehow, or why would they do this, but I think we should get more than 25 points for each receipt.
It is so easy and amazing I love it
