Quality and results of the product amazing.
Purchased pumpkin powder first, with brilliant results. Our dog’s coat is so shiny and no more unpleasant anal gland smells or scooching. Saw results very quickly. I then decided to try the seaweed powder. Our dog’s teeth were white in three weeks. He loves the powders on his food. We love them, great price, all natural and great service from Fettle. Orders arrive so quickly and the quality of the product is outstanding. So pleased we found Fettle. Thank you from us and especially from Winston our dachshund.

Great Customer service
Ordered Goats milk powder & pumpkin powder, there was a problem with the delivery (fault of the courier not Fettle) Great response from Alex and sorted very effectively. Our rescue dog absolutely loves the Goats milk. Haven't tried the pumpkin powder yet.

Waste of time
Purchased the goats milk and seaweed powders and tried both. Gave my dog a really upset stomach. Tried again a few days later after removing it from his meals and the bad stool returned. Reached out to the Fettle support email and chased them again recently but still have not received a single response from them, with the exception of the spam emails I get from them every 2 or 3 days. What an absolute joke of a company, first and last time I’ll be buying from them.

In response to Alex from Fettle Pets, I have already emailed the exact email address you list twice (03/05 and 12/05). If you’ve not received the emails then I don’t see how emailing a third time will work. You have my order number, if you need proof before you can refund then what is it you need?

Fettle true to the word/policy have issued a full refund. I’ve uplifted the review to three stars since they’ve also acknowledged an issue with their emails. I still stand by my statement that the product is not suitable for my dog, so anyone else taking a punt should be wary, and I still stand by my stance on the volume of spam email from Fettle - it is unlike anything I have ever witnessed before.

Perfect for picky eaters + easy dental care!
Our furbaby Hurley is such a picky eater, so we introduced this slowly to him, and now he’s happily chomping down on the full recommended daily amount 🙌 after only a few days we noticed an improvement in his breath. Now it’s been a couple of weeks, his breath and gums are getting so much better ☀️ After years of brushing his teeth with minimal results, we’ve finally found something that works! Fettle is a great little company
Fettle is a great little company. They are helpful and delivery is always prompt.
My little rescue dog Mouse adores the goats milk and has it as her bedtime drink every night.
She gets very excited when I get out the special dish that she has it in.
I'm sure it's doing her good. Her coat is lovely now and my vet says she is very healthy dog!

So far very good!
So far so good! My dog has been having the seaweed for a few weeks now and seeing a difference already. Very impressed. I’m thinking of adding the pumpkin to his diet to help digestion.

Easy to order but if you live in the Highlands of Scotland do not pay the £4.99 for next day delivery as I ordered on Thursday it did not come until Monday afternoon. I did email them they said the delivery company they use do not delivery to me at weekends..... not happy about that they should put this on there website.

Shockingly bad customer service
Shockingly bad customer service. Such a shame as the product is actually quite good. It would appear that the customer service department consists of Alex and Taylor. I was fortunate to have an initial reply from Alex however he never followed it up and left me frustratingly trying to get another response. My order was for 3 items but they split it into 2 deliveries and gave both packages the same tracking number. When only one arrived I notified them. Five days after Alex’s reply I got a reply from Taylor who patronised me by saying that the tracking details said that both my packages were delivered and I should check with neighbours etc - why would a delivery man bring one packet to my door and the other elsewhere at the exact same time? Because it never happened!!! Anyway I reiterated my concerns and suggested they could put things right by sending me my missing items by express delivery. I never heard another peep from either of the customer service team but had an automated message to say that an order had been placed - hooray!! Shame it took another 5 days to actually get here. My overall experience of this company has led me to shop elsewhere. I do hope they take on board that to run a successful business you need happy customers and that might mean employing a proper customer team.

We are a very small team (you’re right it’s just the two of us on customer service plus everything else!), and while that’s no excuse for delays or communication gaps, it’s important you know that every message matters to us and it’s never our intention to make customers feel ignored or dismissed.
On this occasion, it sounds like we got things wrong on multiple fronts: from how we split and tracked the parcels to how we communicated with you after the fact. That’s incredibly frustrating and not the standard we’re trying to uphold, especially when you’ve paid for a product and are left chasing what should have been a straightforward fix.
We’re genuinely pleased you liked the product itself, but it’s such a shame that the overall experience has let that down. We will absolutely take your feedback on board, and as we grow, we’re already making plans to bring in dedicated support to make sure things like this don’t happen again.
If there’s anything more we can do to make this right, even just to close things on a better note, we’d be grateful for the chance.

Terrible customer service.
I set up a subscription to 3 of their supplements. Sadly, the last delivery only turned up in part.
I messaged on via email, Instagram and their own contact page and sadly I was completely ignored on all messages.
If the customer service is this bad and there's absolutely no way of contacting them, it's a cancellation from me, I can't afford to lose out every time.
Terrible service Fettle. And I lost my money.

A supplement like no other !
My little Maltipoo Hachiko herniated a disc, resulting in paralysis of back legs and was subsequently diagnosed with IVDD just before Christmas. Hachiko has a weak tummy and frequently suffers from gastrointestinal haemorrhage, so I was worried with the strength of pain medication and how it will impact Hachiko while we recover non surgically over the next 3 months. A friend recommended Fettle pumpkin and goats milk powder. I have been giving Hachiko a dose of pumpkin and goats milk daily since December. I am positive this daily supplement dose has aid in his recovery, so much so his recent vet visit revealed his recovery rate was 4 weeks ahead than anticipated. The reasons why I think Fettle has contributed :
His tummy no longer rumbles with discomfort
His bowels are clean and healthy
Formula is powder and you can mix the 2 formulas into a liquid cocktail and dispense via a syringe.
Hachiko is extremely fussy and often I can’t give any supplements as they are normally in paste/ solid or pills the size of his throat!
So thank you Fettle! I am eternally grateful for your products in supporting Hachiko recovery!
