Daylight robbery

I bought two lots of two wax remote controlled LED candles from Few and Far for $159.00 in total. When the order arrived today I was horrified to find that it did not include the remote control (worth about $3). This is daylight robbery. Somewhere on their web page it probably said "remote not included" but I certainly did not see it. I live in Canberra, the outlet is based in Sydney. Shame on you, Few and Far, for daylight robbery.

I'm being ghosted and it's not on an online dating app

Signed up to their Artist programme and paid a set-up fee in late June.

Except for a confirmation email that same day that a dedicated artist liaison would be in touch have not heard anything since (it's now early August).
Have left messages via email and by phone even on their Few & Far Studio platform but no reply.

If there's been a lot of submissions and things haven't been able to proceed as yet that's fine, but if they don't think that my artwork is going to work with what they're doing please send me a refund and we'll go our seperate ways.
