The shoes are very comfortable, just didn’t fit me properly. I asked for instructions on returning them. They offered different solutions for me. I took the percentage off in lieu of returning and donated them to kids for Christmas as I didn’t wear them. A win in my opinion. Customer service was incredibly wonderful and very quick to respond and were very helpful. Thank you so much

When I ordered the shoes the product return policy was not clearly identified. It is ridiculous to only refund 30% of the price I paid. I really don’t want to keep the shoes and would be glad to return them to the company for a full refund.

Claire was extremely quick to get back with me and to take care of the issue. When I receive my order I'll be able to tell if everything worked out great and it is correct but up to now it has been a great experience with how fast she got back with me and how helpful and nice she was.

I just wanted my feet to not hurt but I felt them correcting my weird posture too! I figured I would just accept the discomfort from the odd way my body stands and walks but I can feel them trying to get my legs and hips into proper alignment! Great!

When I ordered my shoes, I found out I got B1G1. Someone who is struggling to pay basic bills, got a great deal! I'm a type 1 diabetic and an amputee, i could never find decent sneakers to wear. I would get a pair of sneakers and live in the same pair for about 5-6 months, sometimes less. When I saw your ad I was like they may work on my foot. My rt foot (my real foot) is a size 9, but my prosthetic foot is a 9.5. I always have to buy a 10 just to get it on my left ft. That makes the right shoe too big and always falling off. When I received ORTHSHOES, I was instantly in love with them. I ordered a size 10 for both pair. I slipped into the right sneaker and absolutely loved everything about them. It fit my foot perfectly. Then I went to put the left sneaker on my fake foot, it didn't fit!! It was way too small for my prosthetic. I was extremely saddened that with both pairs, the left foot didn't fit. I can't wear either pair of my new sneakers! I can't order a bigger size, because then it definitely wouldn't fit my right foot at all. Right now I'm working on having my prosthetic rep order me a new foot in a s.aller size. I'll have to wait to see if my sneakers will fit my new left foot. As a type 1 diabetic and an amputee, I'm always on the lookout for a decent pair of sneakers. When I came across your add, I was so excited, that I thought that i finally found the correct sneakers for me. They are extremely comfortable and surrounded my foot perfectly. The sneaker flexed and moved very comfortably on my foot as I walked, and even though it is 1 size too big for my right foot, it never slipped off, like traditional sneakers.

I just received my sneakers and I have to say I’m a bit disappointed they look like what I ordered but they don’t fit they are huge. I am a true to size 8.5 and the are swimming on me I have the laces pulled to where you can’t pull no more. It’s like id need a 7 or 7.5. Where are the sneakers made ? I can’t get a good feel on weather or not there going to help with my feet pain because there just way to big. What can you do for me ?
