I had the best school trip to Mexico organised by FHT travel. Communication with agent was easy and 24/7. Will book with them again definitely.

Excellent planning pre visit and support was very good. Slightly dissapointed with the Regenta hotel; complimentory room upgrade in Mumbia - i ended paying for it and in bharuch the staff were not as helpful as other places. The tour guides and buses, the food etc...everything else was on point and awesome.

Communication with the company was brilliant - our handler Rebecca was easy to contact and went out of her way to make the booking experience easy and successful.

The hostel area itself was great, lots of food places around and very easy to get to the tube station - only downside was this was less of a student hostel and had a lot of middle aged men in - who did make the situation a little uncomfortable.

Overall would 100% recommend the company - as we have used them previously and will be returning to use them - but I wouldn't return to this particular hostel with students.

Our tour operator, Becky, was excellent through the whole process of booking our trip. She was helpful the whole time, answering all of our questions and booked an excellent trip which worked very well. She was supportive and attentive to our needs and we are looking forward to booking our next trip.

Becky was so helpful throughout the entire planning experience. This was my first time organising an international trip for a large group, and Becky was supportive throughout the entire time, even when I was feeling things were not quite going right my end. She was always patient and provided information, support and advice quickly and thoroughly. The trip itself went smoothly, and all the learners and staff thoroughly enjoyed their time in Krakow. I would highly recommend FHT and I will be using them for trips in the future.

FHT has been amazing helping me tailor the trip to my students needs. All was well organised and we were supported all the way through the planning and afterwards. We had a incredible time in Santiago and students, staff and parents were delighted with the experience.

A well-organised student trip to Madrid which included tickets to the Madrid Tennis Masters, Atletico Madrid Football game and a tour of the Bernabeu stadium. The FHT team are always very responsive and customer focused. A wonderful trip as always.

We used FHT travel to visit Sicily as part of a university Geography fieldtrip. We found the whole experience really smooth and our agent Becky was really friendly and helpful throughout. Becky arranged all our day trips by liaising with local travel agencies. These trips went really well and the staff and students had a great experience.

Everything planned well for a group tour of students. Good value and quick response time to our emails as we were working out the details. FHT booked the transport, accommodation, and meals for a group of 30 university students.

FHT Travel once again helped organizing our London Trip (group of 94 young people and 10 adults). Booking of transportation, accomodation, meals and multiple activities were done with utmost regard to detail and flawlessly planned. Communication was excellent.

Excellent communication and responce from our agent Kirsty Crawshow throughout the process. We needed to put together a trip on a very tight budget and needed to explore numerous combinations of services to fit within it. Kirsty helped us with very useful advice and support throughout. We were also provided with tools like the vamoos app to help us organise and schedule all activities and hold all documentation as well.

Exceptional hotel with great location. Our students were able to walk to everything. The tours arranged all ran smoothly, and were interetsing, engaing and great value for the money. This school trip to New Orleans give our students a once in a life time experience.

FHT made our student trip super easy and the travel and timing between airport and accommodation perfectly timed without rush. There was super clear communication throughout.
