Use AliExpress rather than Grandado, Grandado is ordering same products from China
I couldn't find the delivery time anywhere. However, I assumed the product would be an in-stock item, so I placed the order anyway. This was a huge mistake. In a minute or two, I got a confirmation letter to my email that this product will be shipped from China. Well, I could order exactly the same product from China by myself, but I wanted to get a shorter delivery time than 5-6 weeks. Well, I immediately send my order cancellation notice. This was less than ten minutes after I placed my order.
The exact response:
"Thank you for contacting me.
I have checked the status of your order and am sorry to inform you that it's no longer possible to cancel the order at this moment. Your order has already been shipped or is about to leave our warehouse in China. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do to change this."
This is a scam. There is no way they would have shipped my order in less than ten minutes. Now I have to wait around 5 to 6 weeks to get the product to return it to get my money back.
My advice is that DO NOT use Grandado. Instead, order the same product from Ali Express. You will get a better price and a LOT better service.
