Good service. I didn’t get an email from the transport company but the Grandado customer service sent me an email that had the necessary information for me to go pick up the goods. Very good. Yana Chukur was the Person responsible for my good service. 👌

I got what I ordered. The problem was that Matkahuolto did not inform me about the arrival of the parcel. It seems that this is a general problem. But Anastasia (my best thanks!) sent me the details required to get the item before it was sent back. Five stars to Anastasia!

I got the item quite quickly, and even though there were some issues with the delivery Grandano staff reached out to me to help me. Would recommend!

Yana directed me to contact our local transport carrier so my product wasn't returned to the sender. Super good service! Without this I would have been subject for so many extra hours and hassle. Thank you so much!

The parcel arrived in Matkahuolto locker, but I did not receive any notice that the parcel should be picked up. According to Matkahuolto both the phone number and the email address were wrong. Finally I did receive an email from Grandado, but the parcel was already on the way back.
Fortunately Alina from customer service helped to get refund from this order.
Seems there is a technical problem between Grandado and some couriers. Alina would receive more points, but Grandado systems would receive less points, if evaluated separately.
Grandado, please fix the problem with contact details. Before you get it fixed, can you please try to check every delivery (at least with Matkahuolto) before they are returned back.

I have twice ordered things from Grandado. In both cases I had difficulties to get my parcel out from the locker point of Matkahuolto, Finland. I did not receive any activation code from Matkahuolto to open the locker. And the reason for that was an erroneous telephone number labeled on my parcel. The shipping address was right, but in both cases the telephone number referred to the Netherlands, not Finland. It probably was Grandado's own telephone number. Thus Matkahuolto could not inform me of the arrival of the parcel by SMS.

Finally, I managed to receive my both orders but with extra delay and correspondence.

When calling to the Matkahuolto service number, the officer there was claiming of many other problems especially with Grandado shipments. The contact details were often wrong according to her.

So, I kindly ask Grandado to re-check the shipping procedures and forms because I am not the only one having met problems to receive the shipments.

Is the problem at Grandado, China or Omniva, Esotonia, I cannot know, but please, make it clear to all parties what means consignor and what means consignee that people don't mix up contact details.

I'm very pleased to Customer Service. They were very co-operative, helpful and active. My case is closed and handled properly. Thank You very much!

Post losted my ordered transfer somewhere but Grandados customer service helped me greatly and returned my payed amount. Special thanks to Anastasia from Grandado.🙂👍

Problems with delivery (when ordering make sure your contact information for package delivery is correct), but Mariia from Grandado is super at customer service. 6/5 to Mariia!

Th product I ordered didn't come in promised time and therefore I contacted the support.
Caroline from support tried the best to find out where the delivery is, but couldn't find it. She promised to reestablish the order with same product.
BUT the product was out of stock. So she couldn't reestablish it.
Caroline promised to make refund to my account.
I got the money back very quickly.
Caroline did the best and all she could to help me to get the product and finally refund the money to me.
I got excellent service although I couldn't get the product I was expecting.

The ordering was easy. The web pages are fine and surprisingly good Finnish. And it was the only page where I found what I was looking for. The delivery was pretty fast. Only the item was not what I ordered. That's why only two stars.
