Easy ordering and great range of products. Found everything I needed to complete a GRP roof. 4 stars as I've had to exchange a few items I've ordered wrong and had to chase refund. Would use again.

Ordered a 10sqm kit for a flat roof and trims. All boxed up nice, arrived in less then 2 days. Always used this company and no need to go elsewhere. Prices are reasonable so can’t complain

Ordered one evening only to realise I'd ordered the wrong thing. They responded really helpfully/calmly to my slightly crazed emails and voicemails ... they cancelled the order and refunded fully and promptly.

My order: 100084285 placed 29/4/2022 still hasn't arrived 12 days later. I am repeatedly told that the courier XPD is being chased but nothing happens. When I phone to enquire I am told to leave a message and no one gets back to me. I am having to order again from another supplier to get the job done. I wonder if I will ever get my money back.

I feel I've been a bit unfair. They did get back to me and the refund was immediate. It was the courier that was at fault.

Very fast delivery, good kit would have liked a mixing guide as a noob to fibreglass but other than that a very good service provided and good tools.

I personally found the ordering, delivery and standard of goods from FibreGlassDirect was excellent. I needed epoxy resin and hardener (your have to mix 33% hardener to 100% resin so make sure you get enough hardener) for a classic car project and the end result was fantastic. Very very good products and quick delivery. Well worth it.
