Good products but slow delivery and lack of communication
Fibre grid products are good but my latest order has not arrived yet a d I’m being asked to rate it! Communications need to be improved to tell customers when their order will arrive and even to track it.

Hi Pamela,
We were not aware of the non delivery as the courier did not inform us. As soon as we saw your review we contacted the courier immediately and it was then that we discovered that unfortunately your goods have been damaged in transit. Their response was: "We rely on the other depots to tell us if they are damaged, there is a system in place that allows depots to raise a discrepancy code against damaged items which has not been done in this case – we can only apologise for this and chase the depot for advice on why they didn’t follow the rules."
It is always best to contact us in the first instance if you have not received your order after a few days as we would look into this immediately and be able to resolve any issues straight away. We are sending replacements today and we hope that they will be delivered successfully this time. We apologise for the courier delay.
