Hi guys!! 1 year ago today I came out of surgery with you and with my new breast augmentation. Dr Christian did an amazing job, the customer service before - during and after was second to none!! What an amazing clinic this is, I researched for a long time to find the right clinic for my surgery and I'm so pleased I chose Fi Clinica.
From the very beginning all my questions were answered promptly by the very lovely reception team, I personally dealt with Karina who replied to me in good time and was very helpful throughout the whole process. The clinic itself is spotless, everyone speaks English, everything is provided for you, robes, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste and the food is beautiful.
Now to my surgeon, the amazing Dr Rainys, who has changed my life, I will be forever grateful to him. His care is second to none, from the initial consultation right through until the last appointment. Dr Rainys explained everything to the last detail, he definitely wants the best results for his patients, after only 3 weeks post op I can see fantastic results. I had the best experience with this clinic, what I found really touching was that Dr Rainys was present for every one of my dressing changes after I had been discharged from clinic, this is not left to nursing staff, he personally changed my dressing and made sure that my surgery site was healing well. This man is so busy, he is booked up months and months in advance but wants to continue with all the aftercare of his patients, how he finds time to rest is a mystery. I'm back in the UK but any questions I have, I message him and the response is extremely quick. My whole experience has been nothing but positive, I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone. An added bonus is that Kaunas is lovely and so are the people.

I have found the clinic after almost a year of research. My experience with Fi Clinica has been incredible from the very first inquiry email sent to the lovely Karina, who answered all of my questions very quickly and with so much competence. I had an initial online consultation within a few days from my initial inquiry with Dr Raminta, to discuss options for my back / legs and it was so reassuring to speak to her and get an understanding of what could be done. Once I got there, I felt I had made the best decision! The clinic is incredible, spotless and all the staff working there professional and just lovely. Dr Raminta work is amazing - i am only a few weeks post op and I can see some incredible results! She is so professional, experienced, and infuses a sense of total trust. Couldn't vouch for her and the clinic more. They are truly focused on making people happy and getting the best possible results. Definitely one of the best for me!

I am due to fly home tomorrow after having a MMO with Dr Asds Cepas. The whole experience for me has been life changing. Initial meeting was a consultation that lasted nearly 2 hours where he went through absolutely everything and what he recommended. Put me in my place as what I was asking for was unrealistic. After measurements was taken he made me understand sizing and risks if my implants were any bigger. It’s good to know that he isn’t willing to risk his reputation on just giving people what they ask for. When I got back to my apartment it made me sit and realise what safe hands I was in. The morning of surgery he was very calming, clear and put my mind at ease as I was struggling with my anxiety. He marked me up and I went to my room (hospital is SUPER CLEAN) I chose what I’d have for dinner and breakfast the next day. Next thing I remember coming round. I was so lovely and warm all wrapped up and nurses constantly checking in on me. The food came, I’m not just saying it but it’s like restaurant quality. It was amazing. Still thinking about the chicken broth now! Dr Adas came to see me the next day for a dressing change which is where I seen my new body. I cried tears of joy. I could tell by the look on his face that he must of been so proud of his work to! My body exceeded all my expectations. I still can’t believe this body is mine now. When I tell you it was a big task, it really was. I later found out he removed 3 hernias while I was in theatre too. I seen him for the last time this morning for a shower and dressing change. He is really pleased with how I’m healing. He walked me out. I really just wanted to throw my arms around him and thank him for giving me life changing results but I didn’t know if he would find it inappropriate as he is so professional but just so you know that’s exactly what I wanted to do DR ADAS you have made me one very happy lady and I hope to find confidence after 18 years with the old body. Thankyou so much to all the staff at FI for changing my life.

I can’t put into words just how incredible my whole experience has been. From first contact they have been amazing. I have had the best care and would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone who is thinking of going abroad for surgery

What can I say? I have spent years and years researching clinics back home in the UK and abroad and from hearing so many trusted recommendations with Fi Clinica, I knew I was in safe hands.

Marius performed my rhinoplasty and he is a master of his craft. My remit was improvement not perfection and somehow, not expecting it, he pulled off perfection. I was vocal about wanting a nose that complimented my features, so I can look in the mirror and see me and I do! Sometimes I catch myself glancing at my new nose and still marvel at how impressed I am with it.

When I had my stitches removed at my local hospital, the nurse enquired about my surgery and I told her I had it done at Fi Clinica and she said she had heard great things about them, so their reputation is being positively recognised in the UK by medical professionals speaks volumes.

The nurses and admin team are so friendly, elegant, gracious and gorgeous, I felt so well looked after. The clinic felt like a hotel!

Watch out World, Lithuania is going to be the place to go for plastic surgery!

Fi Clinica orthopedics and Dr. Aurimas Sirka have quite literally given me my life back!
I had suffered from severe osteoarthritis of the hip for a number of years and was on the waiting list to receive a total hip replacement. However my consultant in Wales told me to expect to wait another 5 years! That broke me and I knew that I had to look for other options. Fi Clinica was recommended to me and certainly did not disappoint! From the initial enquiry by email to flying out and having the surgery, everything was made simple. My customer representative Karina, couldn't have been more helpful and I asked a lot of questions! I spent 3 days at the clinic were everyone, from the surgeons to the cleaners were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
I had my left hip replaced here 6 months ago and have returned this month to have my right hip replaced - it's so good I came back twice!
I'm delighted by the faultless service that I've received here and would certainly highly recommend them to anyone needing orthopedic surgery. They've also got a really good plastic surgery division too!

WARNING- I am having to have liposuction again and spend thousands after Fi Clinics created uneven results, and missed areas that I had paid for!

I came in 2023, I was very cautious we had pre agreed areas such as 360 waist including top abdomen and sides and top back . They only did liposuction middle of my stomach, and a little on the bottom. My middle waist is smaller, my top abdomen was untouched and much bigger, and my bottom stomach sticks out and it looks horrendous in clothing. The surgeon took uneven fat from the bottom creating dimples. My sides and top back weren’t done, so sides are wider and my back is uneven too.

My arms I paid for and he took fat unevenly from the arms too and the shape looks strange.

I paid £850 in 10 lympathic drainage treatments when I returned as they reassured me it would all go down and be normal, nothing. I had a second opinion at another surgery who explained nothing was taken from some areas. And very uneven bad liposuction from others and I have to pay for corrective surgery.

Got in touch with me after a comment I wrote on their Instagram demanding someone gets in touch and replies ( after being completely ignored ) she said if I don’t take comments down she would post naked photos of me on the table.

I am writing publicly to warn others after learning companies can’t post naked photos online, DO NOT come here. I am having to pay another £4000 at another clinic to fix these scammers mistakes.

From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted with a friendly smile ,I felt relaxed and secure in my choice. Dr Raminta was kind and informative and put me at my ease.
Arriving the next morning for surgery I again had a friendly welcome and such quick supportive care throughout - I was in theatre very quickly and having had the pre op meds I was very calm and confident in my choice of consultant and hospital. I was a nurse for 35 years 10 of which were in theatre and I was very impressed with the whole facility! I would happily recommend the fi clinica to anyone

From start to finish the clinic has been amazing at answering my questions and my indecisiveness, Karina needs a medal for how many times I changed my mind. I initially wanted a mmo, I chose to have just a tummy tuck and last minute was able to add on a breast lift. Whenever I have had a query Karina was on hand to help.

There was a miscommunication and I made an overpayment which was rectified.

My surgeon was Dr Adas Cepas, I don't even know where to start he was absolutely amazing and has changed my body to something that was beyond my wildest dreams. He was approachable, kind, listened to what I wanted and made miracles happen, I keep telling everyone he's a magician! We had a video consultation in the summer, my surgery was the end of November and he remembered everything we spoke about. He is very thorough and efficient and explains everything in depth. Any concerns and updates I have emailed him and he has replied ASAP, even on Christmas eve.

Dr Adas is a very skilled and talented surgeon and I'm so pleased I chose him. Dr Adas had to go away to a conference whilst I was there and he got Dr Rainys to look after me in his absence, he was also lovely. He also emailed me to see how I was getting on and came in on his day off to do my dressing change.

All the staff at Fi Clinica were lovely and looked after me extremely well, the food was also nice.

I had a reaction to the plasters and was able to go in on a Saturday and get my dressings changed.

I personally had the best experience with Fi and Kaunas was a lovely city to visit. I have researched many UK surgeons and In my opinion they were not as skilled as the fi surgeons and a lot more expensive.

Speechless! 🙏💛 I want to say a big thank you for all clinic staff, everything was professional and caring! My surgeon was Dr. Damantas Rainys. When I was looking of surgeon he took my attention and make me feel so comfortable just of few Instagram messages and later personal meeting with him don't let me any doubts. He is very professional and so easy talking. Remember before surgery when he was drawing on me,we was chatting even had some laughs 🫣😁. I felt very confident with him. I am just 1week post surgery but I am already almost recovered. The scars looks really tiny and nice,I know its early to say about results but I am already overwhelmed and very happy with what job he done for me. 💯% recommend this clinic and specialy Dr. Domantas Rainys. I am thanks for all Fi clinic and my surgeon.

A very professional clinic. Travelled from Ireland and didn't feel the language was a barrier. Staff had a good level of English. Didn't even have to ask questions, as all was explained during consultation. Very clean, experienced staff. Definitely recommend.

I've been searching the best place for MMO for years, everytime I found what I thought was a good clinic-a little more googling and I would find the horror stories! Then I found Fi!
I'm a medical professional in the UK and safety was my No1 priority, Fi asked me to have a mammogram before i arrived, and on the day of consultation, I had an ECG & bloods. The week before I know a girl was refused surgery due to raised infection markers (watsap group). This impressed me! As I know girls flew into Turkey to be whisked straight to theatre!
My surgeon was Justinas Grayas, great medical educational background, on the board of certified surgeons, good English speaking, he was confident, direct and very personable.
My 1 ask was for symmetrical incisions as I have a little OCD and he delivered! I'm just over 2 weeks post op and apart from the swelling which was nothing short of torture, which I hadnt prepared for, but apart from that I have had no other pain or concerns and happy with the results so far 😊

I started doing research online for a tummy tuck, during the pandemic, everyone else is going to Turkey for their surgery. Never felt confident about it, until one day was on Instagram and a Fí clinic ad showed up on my page. My first contact was done by email, and after a few hours, I had all the information needed for me to decide on my tummy tuck. After I went to their website and read about the surgeon. Emails were answered on the same day, I enquired about hotels and they sent me a list of the nearest ones. The clinic staff, from reception to the catering ladies, were very helpful. I highly recommend the Fí clinic, the pillows are as comfortable as those in a hotel.
The food menu is perfect, the broth soop, after the surgery, was tasty, and the cottage cheese dessert with jam is my favourite so far. What else can I say? If not a big thank you for the service that was provided to me.

FiClinica is a beautiful, spotlessly, clean clinic. I was extremely nervous upon my visits but received a friendly welcome in a calm environment. The nurses and doctors were wonderful. So kind, calm and ensured you got the best possible care whilst you were there. My room was comfortable with an adjustable bed, bathroom and Netflix. Really enjoyed the food too! Honestly couldn't recommend enough. Thank you to all the staff, you made a scary experience much easier :)

I am so pleased to have chosen Fi Clinica for my mummy make over. From start to finish, I have felt reassured and at ease. The reception staff, nurses, housekeeping team and of course Dr Rainys have all been amazing. I was so nervous prior to having the surgery but the team at fi Clinica are so calming and professional I instantly felt relieved. Dr Rainys has done an amazing job of my body and I can wait to see my final results in weeks to come.
