I had surgery with Fi at the beginning of April (extended tummy tuck, lipo, breast uplift and implants).

The clinic is exceptional, clean and modern. I found the receptionists to be polite and friendly.

Dr Adas is an outstanding surgeon who genuinely cares about his patients. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, caring and kind. I asked so many questions and he was very patient with me and explained everything in great detail. Unfortunately I experienced some complications after surgery (due to no fault of the surgeon, it’s a risk of any surgery). Dr Adas and the team were very quick to examine me and resolve the issue with a second procedure. I was able to stay in the hospital for a further 2 nights and they allowed my mum to visit me under the exceptional circumstances. The care I received during my time with Fi was incredible, all of the nurses are extremely attentive. I am so happy I chose to have surgery with Fi and I would return in the future without hesitation.

I am 3 weeks post op and already so happy with the results, the surgery is truly life changing. I feel so much happier and much more confident in my body. My scars have healed so well, they are extremely neat and I can’t wait to see final results.

The hospital is amazing, staff are fantastic, food is great… if you are thinking about booking with Fi then do not hesitate… you are in the best care, I would recommend to anybody wanting to have surgery ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a breast reduction around a month ago and the scars are healing amazingly! My surgeon Dr Raminta and all of the nurses were incredibly supportive and helpful.

The reason i have left only 3 stars is due to the receptionist and the customer service.
They were horrible to me, made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
The morning of my surgery I was of course very anxious as it was my first surgery and i was in a different country with no family allowed to see me. The receptionist gave me forms to sign and i noticed a different patient’s signature on one of the forms. When i told the receptionist she had given me the wrong form she proceeded to shout “sign front and back” multiple times even thought i repeatedly said this is not my form. She did not apologies to me and told me to sit down (she had black hair and very light eyes). When i had sat down a different receptionist read out my middle name, but there were multiple patients waiting so i didn’t want to risk going for the wrong thing, so i stayed sitting. I think heard both receptionist talking about me in Lithuania (i heard them say my name) and stated to laugh. They then called me up and i went for surgery.
My mother had called to ask the receptionist if they would let her know how i was doing and they said to her “call her yourself” which made my mum even more scared.

I then went back for a post surgery massage and when i approached the receiption (the same receptionist that shouted at me), I said hello and was ignored so i just said i’m there for a massage to which a different receptionist said “what’s your name, okay go and sit there”. The next patient to approach the reception was greeted by all of the receptionist.
As people who work in a clinic, you have a duty of care for the patients, to make us feel at ease because surgery is traumatic and overwhelming as it is. It would’ve been nice if they treated me like a human being.

So I am 3 weeks post second surgery at fi with dr rainys. I had ETT and breast uplift/implants over 2 years ago and returned 3 weeks ago for a thigh lift with skin tightening.

I can honestly say the care and service I had both times was nothing short of exceptional. The clinic is outstanding, it’s spotless, the nurses are actual angels.

Dr Domantas Rainys - an actual god!! He is lovely, but also very realistic with expectations. Which I think we need. He won’t do anything he doesn’t think is right for you which I admire. Both times I felt like he cared and made me feel safe in his hands. Thank you for giving me a new lease of life, I’ve never felt so confident in my body even after 2 children.

I can’t thank you enough. Personally I wouldn’t be going anywhere else. The care is second to none. ❤️❤️

From start to finish my experience with fi having breast uplift and implants has been top care , coming to another country for surgery is a risk for anyone but the clinic are very hands on the aftercare you can not fault I'm 8 days post op and my results are outstanding , I've researched for many years this clinc vs other main clinics and this one has outdone itself for my own personal experience I'm forever greatful and I'm looking to come back for another procedure with the wonderful justinas grasys

If your on the fence about booking with fi, don’t be i just got home from an absolute mess of a week.

i flew to lithuania alone on wednesday for surgery friday. (only flight i could get)
had my consult on thursday with Dr Adas. This man spent 2.5 hours with me for my consult to make sure i was 100% happy with everything we discussed.

friday morning he took me for my pre op photos and to draw all over me.

i was also having an upper blef done and as he was drawing on my eyes he noticed that my pulse was so fast on my temple area and i said im probably just nervous but did have a slight cough after this he said he wanted to get my temperature checked and a second blood test done to be sure i was ok.

unfortunately my bloods came back that i had an infection and he cancelled my surgery!
i was absolutely devastated couldn’t stop crying but he said to me my patients health and recovery comes first for me and i cannot put you at risk.

There was a whole team there that morning for my surgery and he cancelled it just like that and offered me a full refund. i refused the refund and just asked them to reschedule my surgery.

massively disappointed i flew straight home that day as i was a mess and now have to wait either 3 or 6 months for round 2 due to family holidays with kids and stuff booked but it is what it is i’m so sick today with a sinus and chest infection my doctor gave me antibiotics and steroids so hopefully on the mend!

This post is just to make anyone unsure about booking that you have nothing to worry about your health and safety means more to them than money or anything else and i had first hand experience of that!

BOOK THE SURGERY! i can’t wait to go back now

Hello everyone, I had a stomach resection surgery at a Fi clinic.Edvardas Brimas done it for me and it was done with complications-i was discharged from the Fi clinic with infection,my CRB was 26,47.My stomach KO wasn't stitched properly, was left a gap which lead to massive abscess and enormous infection ,after I nearly died, I spent 2 months in the hospital ,I had 6 more surgeries.The surgent Edvardas Brimas didn't take a responsibility when I called him and asked for help,I was so sick and ill and was truly dieing.If you think to get a stomach resection surgery and if Edvardas Brimas is going to do it for you- run for your life!!If something goes wrong - he will lie and deny.I got a lawyer and I tried to get a refund, I couldn't ,Edvardas Brimas was not admitting what he had done wrong.My money and health is gone...

I had ETT with lipo on waist and back with Dr Adas Cepas at Fi Clinica on 22nd October.
A day before my surgery I had my blood test and consultation with Dr Adas, he went through everything with me and it was very thorough with lots of useful information. I left the consultation feeling great and looking forward to the next chapter.

On Tuesday morning I arrived at the clinic for my surgery, I was greeted by the lovely receptionist who took me to the ward and showed me to my room.
Everything went so nice and smooth on the day of surgery, I had another consultation with Dr Adas and he went through the steps, drawings, pictures etc.

I went in to theatre feeling very positive, excited and happy but slightly nervous which is normal.

After surgery were performed - I woke up in my room feeling cold (normal) but the nurses kept me warm and kept checking on me quite often to see if I needed anything.

I stayed at the clinic for 2 nights, food was delicious and I also had two lymphatic massages included in the package) I had my dressings changed and I got to see Dr Adas (he checked the dressings) and also he went through the discharge letter with me and all the medication before getting discharged. I was given a goodie bag with all wound and dressings care and medication.

And I then returned back to the clinic two days later to have my dressings changed and checked by Dr Adas. I had a lymphatic drainage massage booked at the clinic on the same day I was travelling back home which was so relaxing and Dr Adas checked on my dressings and incisions then and changed all dressings. The nurses and everyone else at Fi clinica were great, professional, caring and so lovely.

I’m 4 weeks post op but I already can see the difference and can’t wait for the final results in few more months. My scar is looking very neat and I’m pleased with it. After coming back home I have been in touch with Dr Adas and he’s been amazing his communication is 10/10.

A special thank you to Dr Adas and his team that changed my life. Dr Adas is extremely knowledgeable and amazing surgeon. I’m so glad that I chose him to be my surgeon. Thank you so so much ❤️

Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff for the incredible care you have given me. I have travelled to Kaunas 4 times in the last 2 years having 5 surgeries in total and each time the care I have received has been outstanding. From the reception staff, to the nurses, anaesthetists and Dr’s. Every single member of staff has made me feel welcomed and so well cared for. Traveling abroad for surgery is a very scary experience but once you get to Fi Clinica it is such a calming place and that’s down to the amazing staff.

Dr Rainys, I will be forever grateful to. He is incredible and I am so happy with the body he has given me. In my opinion he is one of a kind. He is the most caring, humble and funniest surgeon you could ever meet. I have had a bumpy road with some complications along the way, which were completely my body. At every step Dr Rainys has gone above and beyond for me whilst in Lithuania and also when I have been back in the UK.

I will always recommend Fi Clinica and Dr Rainys to everyone and I would genuinely never go anywhere else. If I was to start my journey again I would still make the same decision in a heart beat, even if it was the same price to stay in the UK.

It is with deep regret to the lack of resolution from FI Clinica that I am posting this review.
I am writing this review to warn others about my horrendous experience with FiClinica. After undergoing surgery in Oct 23 at their clinic, I experienced complications that left me in pain and distress. Despite numerous attempts to contact them and seek resolution (over 10 months now), I have been met with complete disregard for my well-being.

Not only did FiClinica fail to address my concerns for months on end but they also ignored requests for essential HSE documentation and information related to my case. The lack of professionalism and accountability from their end has only added to my frustration and disappointment.

I cannot stress enough the stress and pressure I have endured throughout this ordeal. It has been a nightmare trying to navigate through the aftermath of botched surgery without any support from FiClinica.

I urge anyone considering treatment at FiClinica to think twice and explore other options. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would hate for anyone else to go through what I have endured.

I implore FiClinica to take responsibility for their actions and provide the necessary support and compensation to rectify the harm they have caused. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone.

When coming back to Kaunas, I always visit Fi Clinica hygienist Sandra Burcikaite. Honestly, never saw that kind of perfectionist and loving job person. I have tried so many hygienist abroad like in London clinics, but always coming back to Fi clinic due to this hygienist. Good luck!

Special thanks for Erika for patience and kindness,thank you for all administration personnel and all nurses, and of course tanks for Justinas Grasys, he is a master of his profession and I,m trilled with my results. I would give FI Clinica 10 stars out of 10. And For Justinas Grasys 11 out of 10. That's how good he is.
If you have any doubts about a Fi Clinic you should have them no more!!! For the little price you pay quality of service is just amazing. In my opinion it's a best Clinic in Lithuania and probably on of the best in Europe to!!!

Dr. Raminta Česnaitienė instantly understood my needs, recommended the best treatment, and ensured I walked into the surgery feeling fully informed and certain. Just four days post-operation, the results are nothing less than spectacular. I am absolutely over the moon! The surgery not only addressed my main concerns but also corrected my diastasis recti and belly button hernia, which was a pleasant bonus. The changes are visible already, and it's a massive boost to my confidence. The pre and post-op care from my nurses, Karolina and Inga, was profoundly kind and professional. I had underwent a surgery with Dr Kaikaris about 5 weeks ago and can't be happier with the process pre and post op. During my initial consultation Dr Kaikaris ensured I understood each step of the surgery. Im originally Lithuanian but have lost a lot of vocabulary over the years of not living there, he was more than happy to switch languages in order for me to fully understand and communicate my concerns. I can say that from the beginning he made me feel at ease and safe in the hands of himself and his team. On the day of my surgery I was brought to my private room which had a beautiful view of the tennis court on site and was provided with all the essentials for my nights stay (slippers, toothbrush, tv etc). As this was my first surgery I was obviously anxious heading to the operation room but it was actually the nicest experience with all the friendly nurses, anaesthesiologist etc in the room, it really felt like the best nap ever. Post operatively I had full access to the nurses at any time, they came straight away to offer relief/assistance getting out of bed. Even Dr Kaikaris came down to ensure I was doing okay and if I had anymore questions. I found he had a very personal and warm approach to his patients. During my discharge I was given a bag full of dressings, pain relief and any necessary info. It was a 10/10 experience considering all the support and communication I received from Dr Kaikaris and his team and am still receiving to this day if I have any questions.

I am at the clinic as I write this review, i cannot recommend Fi Clinica enough. I had read so many reviews and watched a few girls do thr journey on Instagram with this amazing clinic, the professionalism's I have received from the start has been outstanding, from the emails at the start with Karina always very prompt in getting back to me. Then the reception girls at the desk all so happy and I was greeted lovingly. I don’t know wr to start about my surgeon dr Justinas Grasys, I was super nervous with anxiety also bein sick the previous nite, but the minute I sat down with him, and he started to talk to me, my nerves just drifted off and I knew I had nothing to worry about, his calm way of talking to u just sets you on a journey that you know is goin to be ok. The nursing staff are at ur bec an call, they can’t do enough for you. The food is 5* as is this clinic, if anyone is thinking of having surgery give this clinic your time and trust, you won’t regret it. So sad my time is nearly over hear as I have loved every bit of it.

I flew from the uk to have my breast implants removed and an uplift by Justinas Grasys. I was so impressed by the whole experience I would not hesitate to recommend FI clinica. The care and cleanliness is much better than the uk cosmetic hospitals. My surgeon was such a lovely man and very skilled. It’s a Safe, clean and friendly environment it’s also very reasonably priced. Top marks from me.
