I did a lot of research over the course of a year. As soon as I contacted Fi Clinica, I just knew I wouldn't get better results anywhere else. I flew to Kaunas in December and met with my assigned surgeon that is the contouring goddess, Dr Raminta. We agreed on an ETT with waist lipo for the results I wanted to achieve. This woman from the very first encounter, made me feel so excited about my journey. My whole experience from the day I arrived, until the day I flew home, was fantastic. The care I recieved from the whole team was even beyond my expectations. I have stayed in contact with Dr Raminta and regularly send her updates of my recovery. She advises my next steps and answers any questions I may have. That added extra after having surgery in another country is so reassuring x

I travelled to Lithuania alone while my husband stayed in the UK to care for our children, as I was undergoing surgery the following day. I was understandably apprehensive, having never been before, but from the moment I arrived at Fi Clinica I could see how spotlessly clean, professional, and well-organised everything was.

The entire medical team was punctual and reassuring throughout. My surgeon, Raminta, took the time to discuss my wishes in detail before surgery, explained all important medical information clearly, and carefully reviewed everything with me before taking photos. My blood tests were completed efficiently, and I was taken into surgery exactly as scheduled at 10:30am.

I can honestly say the pain has been minimal. After a comfortable overnight stay, I was discharged the following morning at 10am. I then stayed for a further three nights at a nearby hotel, which gave me plenty of time to rest. Staying at the Radisson also made it easy to return to Raminta for a final check-up and dressing change before my flight home.

Raminta provides exceptional aftercare — she is attentive, highly skilled, and genuinely caring. Being able to contact her directly via Instagram with questions or photos was incredibly reassuring. She has done a truly skilled and beautiful job with my breast implant removal, uplift, and new implants. The results are exactly what I asked for: small, natural, and perky.

While travelling to Lithuania for surgery may feel daunting, the standard of care I received surpassed my experiences in the UK. The staff are highly skilled, professional, and compassionate. I would wholeheartedly recommend Fi Clinica and Raminta to my friends and anyone considering treatment abroad.

I had an excellent experience at Fi Clinic. My doctor, Dr. Raminta, did a perfect job — she is extremely professional and also very kind and caring. The overall care at the clinic was outstanding from start to finish.

The lymphatic massage was also very professional and helpful during my recovery. All the nurses and reception staff were attentive, friendly, and made me feel comfortable at all times. I truly felt looked after and supported.

Dr Kaikaris was extremely informative and helped put me as ease. He also had best interests at heart. When I came for surgery, the staff and nurses were all lovely and I felt safe the entire time. Id definitely book fi clincia again.

I traveled to Fi Clinica from the UK for a MMO with Dr Raminta. I was very nervous but there was no need to be. All the nurses/reception staff were amazing and very helpful. Dr Raminta has been absolutely wonderful from start to finish and her attention to detail and care has been second to none. Ramintas aftercare while still in Kaunas and since returning home has been excellent and promptly replies to any concerns. I’m so glad I chose Fi but most of all Dr Raminta. It took me a while to appreciate/get my head around my new body but now I’ll forever be grateful to Raminta for changing my life and giving me confidence back!

My surgeon was Dr Kaikaris. From my consultation to my discharge he was fantastic with me. I was well informed, well looked after and he has done an incredible job of keeping my scar neat and as discreet as possible. I have had no issues with my healing (2 weeks yesterday was my surgery) and every time I contact the clinic they come back to me within hours or the same day. The clinic is very clean all the nurses are excellent the care is so much better than the same private care in the UK.

My experience at Fí Clinica was wonderful. Dr.Justinas Grasys was very kind and attentive and guided me through every step, with great attention to every detail and he achieved a really perfect outcome. I would have no hesitation fully recommending him and he would be my first choice if I decide to return. In addition all the staff were really kind, friendly and helpful and helped to make my stay a delightful experience.

I cannot recommend Fi Clinica highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. The clinic itself is extremely clean and modern, and my stay was very comfortable, which immediately put me at ease.

Dr Justinas Grašys was absolutely amazing throughout my entire journey. He made me feel calm, confident, and reassured at every stage of my treatment. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I always felt comfortable and confident with my decisions. Thanks to his professionalism and care, my breast enhancement surgery was far easier than I ever imagined.

All of the staff, including the nurses, were incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. They were always attentive and supportive, which made the whole experience even more positive.

Overall, my experience at Fi Clinica exceeded all my expectations. I am so happy with my results and the care I received, and I would 100% recommend this clinic to friends and anyone considering treatment.

It's been 4 weeks since I had my eyebrow lift and breast implants surgery. Still in the process of healing/recovery, however, very happy for choosing this clinic and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Dr V. Kaikaris is great and did an amazing job. I already felt happier about the results after surgery, can't wait to see the final result once everything heals.

Inga Guogienė made an excellent impression — highly professional, detail-oriented, and clear in communication. The consultation was thorough and well-structured, all my questions were answered, and I’m very satisfied with the outcome. I recommend her 100%.

I had upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Grasys, and from the moment I came out of surgery, something was clearly wrong with my left eye. It was completely shut and severely swollen. Despite this, they sent me home in that condition and refused to let me stay overnight unless I paid a higher price than what I had originally been quoted by email (I had asked them if staying overnight was possible, in case things didn't go well).

Over the next few days, it became obvious something was seriously wrong. I ended up being seen three times in two weeks and had to extend my stay. My left eye remained swollen shut the entire time. It wasn’t the clinic that figured out what was happening — it was women from a blepharoplasty Facebook group who suggested it might be preseptal cellulitis. Meanwhile, the doctors at Fi kept repeating, “the swelling will go down, don’t worry, it’s not an infection.”

It took them two full weeks to finally acknowledge that I did indeed have an infection. I never received an apology. Nothing.

Now I’m left with irreversible damage: paralysis of the orbicularis muscle that prevents me from fully squeezing my eye shut, lagophthalmos (a gap when I close my eye), and lower eyelid retraction — despite the fact that my lower lid was never touched. No surgeon I’ve consulted since has ever seen complications like this.

I have to live with the consequences. The only “compensation” I received was a refund for the surgery, and even that only happened after I begged and threatened legal action.

Do not trust these people.

I had my surgery with Dr Grasys 5 weeks ago. I was so impressed with my experience right from the start. I was dealing with Karina and she was super quick and always answered any questions I had pre and post surgery.

The clinic its self is very clean, all the staff were very welcoming and helpful and nothing was ever too much. The meals were so fresh and nutritious.

Dr Grasys - what a gentleman, so knowledgeable, calming and professional. I was so calm on my surgery day because I felt so safe in his hands and trusted he would look after me and deliver nothing but the best.

My results are absolutely everything I dreamed off and have breezed through recovery.

I had my surgery 3 weeks past now carried out by Dr Rainys, I have had a tummy tuck with lipo, uplift and implant. Everything was perfect from consult to my hospital stay this man is so talented and knowledgeable in his field you really are in the safest hands thank you again for everything.

Excellent experience at FI Clinica – sleep apnea and snoring surgery
I had a sleep apnea and snoring surgery at FI Clinica, performed by Dr. Marius Kašėta. The preparation for the procedure was impeccable – upon arrival in my room, everything I could possibly need was already prepared and waiting. The staff were in great spirits, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The anesthesiologists were professional and made me feel completely safe.
I’m sincerely grateful to Dr. Marius Kašėta and the entire FI Clinica team – I truly felt taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Malpractice followed by dishonesty and gaslighting. Procedure on February 20th 2025 at 1430.

I had a fraxel co2 laser session here where the assistant rubbed off the tissue, and the practitioner did not provide me with aftercare instructions to realise this was problematic until I found information online. When reaching out to the clinic for support, I was met with gaslighting about the issue rather than any help or support. My eye area is now scarred and they are too busy trying to cover up the issue, when it would not have taken much to resolve.
