Our company had an issue with a broken phone, I called Fidelity and spoke to Steven. He helped to resolve the situation very efficiently and remained in constant contact with updates. Very polite gentleman!
Zunaid at Fidelity support understood the reported problem and sorted it out within 2 hours

Going digital on my phone was an interesting experience and fairly simple once it was started. My thanks to Laura and Mary for helping me move to Voip and for keeping my landline number which was vitally important to me. Finally, thank you Zunaid for helping sort out why my old phone set up would not work on digital.
May I say IF you are thinking of going digital make sure your phone system inside your home is either DECT or VOIP, older landline phones will not work on digital.
Keep In Touch is the way I went for an easy route into digital phone service.
We had a broken cable on our company desk phone and a replacement cable was sent out very quickly. We got some updates vie e-mail, when to expect the delivery. Great service, thank you!
Had a little difficulty connecting my Phone service with the Internet Router, there were no instructions delivered with the Router, had to contact the Technical Help team and spoke to Steven who successfully talked me through the operation. Now up and running perfectly. Thank you Steven.

Steven helped to resolve an issue I was having with Horizon and was very quick to respond and to troubleshoot what was going wrong and to follow up to make sure it was resolved successfully.

Steven gave us a lot of patience and time over 2 days. he was courteous and understanding. In our 80s we should not have taken such a big jump in technology. We had Zzoomm Broad Ban at the same time. It has been cery stressful. I just hope we are over the worst!
I would say from the start to the finish, with the issue we had with our fibre, Sileshan has gone beyond to be helpful, keeping us updated as well as requesting for the repair daily. It is great to have a company that promises a great & professional service. well done to you!
