Ordered these after endometriosis surgery as recommended by a friend and they were an absolute godsend. Have helped my recovery so much - being able to have good nutritious food that isn’t inflaming my condition and doesn’t require any planning has been so, so worth it.

I’m 3 months postpartum, with my eczema flare ups coming back at full force with all the hormone changes and was looking for something easy to be able to just cook with speed whilst navigating the baby but also anti inflammatory to help fight my eczema. All of this combined with the fact that both myself and my partner are super picky eaters I thought was a stretch! But I came across field doctor and thought we may aswell give it a go for the sake of my sanity for a week, we picked a few meals I was a bit on edge about whether or not we’d like them but the shock on our faces when we sat down each night and LOVED Them! I can eat them whilst feeding my baby, and genuinely enjoy every meal we’ve had, and they only take a maximum of 20minutes in the microwave from frozen - so you don’t even have to remember to take them out the freezer!
It’s been an absolute game changer and life saver for us these past few weeks.
I’m ensuring i’m fuelled correctly for both my eczema and feeding my baby, and it’s a weight taken of me in terms of cooking.
Could not recommended them more.
We spend around £70 a week on these meals when our weekly shop before hand was £120 and I don’t have to worry about going to the shop and meal planning.

Easy to select what I wanted from the website. Delivery was on time and still freezing.
I had been looking for some ready meals that were not only vegan but also low FODMAP. Not as easy task. Once I found these meals it has changed my eating for the better. Highly recommend the food and this company.

My second delivery from Field Doctor arrived this morning as arranged. The delivery by DPD arrived within the 1 hour slot planned. The secure packaging was undamaged and although the meal packs within had moved around no seals were breached. The
dry ice in the packaging had kept all the meals frozen.

I must remember not to touch the remaining dry ice in its pack as it is still extremely cold and I probably should put it outside and away from pets to allow it to fully defrost.

I am a retired gentleman and am not good at modern digital or techy devices and I needed help placing my second order and rang Field Doctor. I spoke with a polite, patient and helpful lady who I think was named Beth who helped me place this second order. The
customer service was excellent.

I look forward to eating my 10 new meals and saving time on shopping, preparation, cooking and washing up and hopefully keeping me healthy.

I like the service and the website is beautiful and easy to explore. However, for me, most of the dishes I have tried have tasted rather similar. Spinach and sweet potato are very consistent, and it can be too much when you have had the same ingredients day after day. I understand that the idea is to be healthy, but you can also have normal white rice, whole grain rice is a bit of an overkill everytime. Finally, I feel like because of the freezing process, many dishes end up getting very watery after cooking.
I really wish I liked it more though, we are desperate to find a solution for busy family weeknights.

I recently had my first delivery from Field Doctor for some weeks. I've always enjoy their meals but they seem to have improved even further since last time. Delicious meals with an extensive menu... my recent acid reflux problems have definitely been less severe since I've been eating them.
The packaging has also been improved and it's nice to be able to choose a delivery date that suits you.

I'm only on my 2nd delivery with Field Doctor but I'm very happy with the service. Great variety of tasty meals, efficient delivery with tracking and the website is user-friendly. It's also extremely easy to skip or pause your subscription when needed. Will be continuing as the price-point is good and it's saved me so much time in meal prep during the working week.

The food is well balanced for my daughter who is on Mounjaro. The portion sizes are plenty.
DPD deliver within an hour slot and have been reliable.

First and foremost, the food is absolutely delicious. They cater for a wide range of dietary preferences/requirements. We are having the Mediterranean Diet option and ordering six main meals for two people each week. While it appears expensive, we are actually saving money in the long run as there is no waste and we are very rarely having take aways.

Ordered for IBS friendly / gluten free range to try and calm a flare up. After a couple of weeks of eating these meals I feel much better. Easy to order and quick delivery. Good choice of options and all meals have been tasty and a good portion size.

Well the food is amazing, it's easy to order specific meals for your needs, you can pick your own delivery date and customer support are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble.

Meals are great, good size and tasty plus never any veg oil and decent amount of veg. Delivery is easy- have batch orders about four times and always have a stash of these in the freezer now.

Appetising dishes , perfect for my digestion, particularly the low fodmap/ gluten free meals.

Everything from the customer service, quick delivery and quality of food was excellent, it is great to find a company that provides ready made meals that are healthy, aren’t full of rubbish and taste good too. I work from home with ‘odd’ hours and it’s not always possible to eat the right things, so it’s great to have something in the freezer that is healthy and quick. I would definitely recommend

It’s only been a few days, but I’m already so impressed. The biggest difference for me is just how much easier it’s made life. I work in a very intense, high-pressure job, and by the end of the day I’m completely drained. Most evenings, me and my husband would end up ordering a takeaway because neither of us had the energy to cook. Even just thinking about what I was going to make every night used to drain me, and honestly, it started making me feel quite low. The pressure of trying to make something we’d both enjoy while also keeping it healthy just became too much to cope with.

With Field Doctor, I can just pop a meal in the oven and forget about it while it cooks. It gives me time to properly relax, wind down, and get ready for bed instead of stressing over cooking and cleaning after a long day. Honestly, having that extra time in the evenings has been amazing for my mental health overall. The food is genuinely delicious, and there’s barely any washing up apart from our plates, which honestly saves so much time too. I’m not stood in the kitchen every night washing pots, pans, trays, and everything else I’ve cooked with, which gives me even more time to properly switch off and relax. It’s honestly been life-changing. I also love having something different to look forward to every day instead of eating the same things all the time.

The only thing I’d mention is that me and my husband are big eaters, so the portions can feel a little small. I’ve started boiling a bag of kale or adding extra veg alongside the meals, which works perfectly, adds even more goodness, and is still completely low effort.

We don’t go to bed feeling overly full and bloated like we used to after takeaways. Instead, I wake up feeling so much lighter, with noticeably less bloating. On top of that, we’re saving money while eating healthier, because the amount we were spending on takeaways before was honestly ridiculous.

I am testing 7 meals before my hospital stay. After we are hoping to rely on ready meals for quite a while.
1. Teriyaki Salmon …minimal salmon rice and quinoa. Disappointing
2. Potato topped Chicken pie… tiny bits of chicken and unidentified lumps of jelly/ gristle. Not good.
5 more to go. Not inspiring so far.
Decided I couldn’t face the remaining 5 meals as the thought of them turned my stomach. I gave them away!!
No one from Field Doctor contacted me!!

After an initial tech blip with my first order, the Field Doctor (FD) team swiftly resolved it and I am glad we did as the first box (beautiful & eco friendly packaging) arrived on time. The food so far has been super easy to reheat from frozen and tastes delicious. We judge a meal on the quality of the chicken and veg. content, thus far we’re happy. We have ordered a second box and the best thing is there’s no pressure to subscribe (unlike a diff firm we stopped using). Give FD a try.
