Awful!
After I've read some reviews from this website, I've experienced the same things around mid-Aug this year. I've placed and order and paid 550 euro but still nothing heard from the owner of this webshop. Basically, they ditched without informed anything.

firstly, I couldn't get the bike on a promised date.
secondly, it's nearly impossible to get an answer from the store what was going on.
thirdly, after a month later, they promised me again the bike can be delivered on week 38 because it will be stocked from the supplier around that time.
lastly, the website disappeared, phone number doesn't work; later I found out they are bankrupted.

I've contacted the owner of the shop via facebook but he is ignoring my message. Please people, you need to report it to the police and urge police to capture this bastered. because on their facebook, they are just ok without bothering anything.
