BE CAREFUL IF WESTRA SERVICE FIETSOPTIMAAL
We bought a Qivelo cargo bike from this company. After riding the bike for 500 km, the bike's brakes failed, two of the three wheels of the bike made noise, the bike became unstable, and the electrical panel started showing errors. We applied to this service, we were informed that picking up the bike from home and return it will cost 100eur, they informed us that we can apply to the bicycle regulations in our city. We turned to the rule in our city, it turned out that the bike is defective from the factory and must be returned to the seller. We approached the seller to refund the bike or to have it replaced with a new one, but only then did we realize how opaque and not meeting quality standards this company is. We were informed that they can only repair bikes that are under warranty and we will have to pay for everything else ourselves, although in our case this company sold us bikes with defects from manifacturies. The company charged for all services performed, did not replace the bike and we had to pay for a DEFECTIVE BIKE. Be careful, don't fall into the traps. Also the service staff is very rude and unprofessional. It is unpleasant to communicate with customers, they do not seek a compromise and customers are not rude to them at all. I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY FROM THESE COMPANIES, you will regret it!!!!
and I want to add. They charged for the services, for the bike with defects, and in the end they sent a letter saying that if we don't pay the bill, the bike will not be returned to us. This is how the company works!!
They want just to sell products not to keep loyality customers!
