It looks as if their email service or server is down. I’ve been reading the previous reviews and I’m hoping that my returned jacket is exchanged for the correct size. Looking at the reviews I’m not very hopeful. I will keep you guys posted

Do NOT buy from them. It is a scam. They did not ship my item and lied about it.

Absolute scam company, my story is tye same as everyone else that has reviewed below. I ws lucky enough to get my refund of $200 US dollars. Thus was by pure preserving with emails to them every day and with PayPal. As soon as PayPal could start an interest in it the company refunded me in full. It was a big question mark toward though. So so so many excuses for the first 20 or so emails between us.

These guys owe me a refund following non-delivery of an item ordered in March 2020! The refund was supposed to be processed in August. They are charlatans. Don't buy from them!

I got scammed by these people. I feel like such an idiot. First, the website says that they ship from USA, however when I had not received my tracking number two weeks after my order was made, I immediately felt uncomfortable. I emailed them and asked if they could provide an update on my order. A week later I received a reply that it was still processing and they asked for my patience. I waited another week and half and still no tracking update and so I emailed a request to cancel my order and refund. A week went by before they replied that for a fee they would cancel my order as that was the policy. I looked on the website and it did indeed have a strange cancellation policy requiring a fee to cover the processing before items could be canceled. I emailed again and asked if my order had been shipped yet. Days went by before they replied saying that it was still processing... this is now a month and half later. So asked for a full and immediate refund again, and told them that since my order had not been processed I would not pay any fees. I heard nothing back for two weeks. Finally I received a tracking number. FOUR MONTHS LATER I still had not received my order. I went on the website and saw that it had changed. I emailed again demanding full and immediate refund. There was no reply. Two and half weeks later I finally received the items and they are nothing like the images. They are cheap fabric and badly made and not at all what I was expecting. I have seen better quality clothing in the dollar store. I’ve been completely swindled. Don’t let this happen to you. I’ll never buy from one of those sites again.

They say it's delivered but I didn't receive anything. When you track the package it not even near my address.

The company is a scam. First, they lie and say the items ship from America, they say it will be shipped in 18 business days but it's over 2 months and no clothes. I started a dispute with PayPal and they said the items shipped with a fake tracking number. I also disputed with my credit card. All of their Facebook and Instagram posts have complaints from people who finally received their items but they were poor quality, and sizing was off. I told them twice to cancel my order because the delivery was a lie and they wanted to keep 10% of the order, that's when I started the dispute and they gave a fake tracking number, even PayPal asked what the name of the shopping company was and no reply.

I had to check 1 star to be able to write a review but they do not deserve any!!! They took my money 2 months ago and I never received the merchandise. I emailed for a refund only to be told the items have shipped! Scammers! Do not buy from this site!

First they claimed the package was on it’s way for months even though it was suppose to arrive within 14 days. Then I never received my package even though they said it was delivered or my money back. This is a fraudulent company

Do not order! Poor quality. Sizes do not match. Returning is not possible. Prices are too high. No contact with customer support. Shipping is so late. Very bad experience. Lost my money for a dress I can't wear.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered about $150 US worth of clothing, it took 2 months to receive, in which I emailed them to ask where the order was, I was a bit forgiving because of Covoid. However when I received the items they were probably the worst I've ever seen. Super cheap, they didn't look ANYTHING like what was pictured, and the quality was terrible. The sizing is also WAY off. When I asked for a refund, they said I would have to ship the clothes to Dubai (they come from China!) and that the shipping would be more than the order. I found the entire thing a complete scam and waste of $150. :(

Complete scam site avoid at all costs. I placed an order and paid for express delivery. Still no delivery so I opened a dispute on PayPal. The company told PayPal they had shipped the order but then contacted me by email saying it hadn’t been shipped Due to one of the items being custom made (complete lie). The customer service was appalling they sent me emails begging me to let them send the order in a weeks time and then said I was not empathetic when I told them to cancel my order and give me a refund. They then sent me emails saying ‘shame on you’!!!! I got a full refund in the end but only because I kept emailing them. Avoid as they are totally unprofessional and will not fulfill the order but happily take your hard earned cash

Shipping times are not as they advertise.
Product photos look nothing like the clothing items that turn up.

2 dresses I ordered are listed as cotton and cotton mix, the items that have been delivered are cheap polyester fabric like lining fabric. Completely misled and unwearable.
The quality is the worse made items you will see.

I am now attempting to get a return authorisation and address to return to.

Buyer beware this is a scam company and the ads on FB look nothing like the clothes they send

I rate this 0 stars and call them scammers! I ordered a dress over one month ago and I haven't received! They won't answer my emails and of course they have my money! Buyer Beware!!!

I placed an order on April 28 and was guaranteed shipping within 15-20 business days. It has been 26 business days and the order still has not shipped! I requested a refund and was told that I would be charged a hefty "restocking fee". Fifity is using the current global pandemic as an excuse for not meeting shipping deadlines and refusing to provide refunds for unfulfilled orders, but they did not have any disclaimer on their site or at checkout at the time of purchase stating that there would be shipping delays. I will NEVER order from them again!

If i could give zero stars I would. Clothes are nothing like the photos, very cheap-looking replicas which don’t even measure up to the sizes. Total disappointment.

WORST WEBSITE EVER.
I ordered two months ago, I tried to get a refund the very next day, less than 24 hours after ordering which is exactly what their cancellation policy says. They were very uncooperative. They. did not comply with the policy that they have set. They told me that my clothes were already "shipped" one day after placing the order. I DID NOT GET ANY EMAILS REGARDING THAT. Also, they kept emailing me once every few weeks from different sketchy emails written in Chinese which was very unprofessional. They took my money, which was $835, not little at all, and denied my refund request. If it wasn't for Paypal's great customer service, they returned back my money, I would've lost so much money. They never answer their email or Instagram. Nothing about this website is legit, I doubt they even own any clothing, given the other bad reviews I've read.
