HORRIBLE - or rather NON EXISTENT customer service! I emailed them to cancel my subscription in hopes that they would not ship me the second month's order to NO AVAIL. I eventually figured out how to cancel on my own (hope it actually works), but now I am begging to return for a refund and zzzzzzzzzzzzz-ilch! I would totally keep it if my 3 dogs liked it but they don't.
Beware with this company! They take a really long time to reply to emails of concern if they even reply. They also use some HORRIBLE shipping company for their customers called uniuni and their reviews are terrible as well. The customer service is very poor and they will act like it's not their fault. Plus their website is VERY unsafe!! I use to order for years and now I will NEVER order again. I do NOT trust Goodboy gravies anymore!!!
