The shirt was horrible! Couldn't read the font on the front of the jersey! The letter were to close and were touching. Customer service was horrible as well. They would not let me return it or fix the problem!

This is my second time ordering. First time I had ordered baseball jersey. This time I wanted a hockey jersey. I was contacted by a staff member, looking to clarify a possible error. Once all the questions was answered the process began. I was glad the staff member took the time to double check my order. Any other place would have produced and send the product, later putting blame on myself. The extra time take to make things perfect added my trust in the company and know clearly now that I will get what I paid for. When the package arrived, the excitement building as I rip open the package and see my custom jersey. The smile I had was great. I am happy with the company, the product and the incredible staff member that made my order experience a positive one (I had previous on-line orders that turned out to be fake and worry all the time now). Fittgshop has shown me they are real, prices are right, and the custom products that you can make are one of a kind items to show off. Thank you so much once again

My first order was great but this order not so great. My order was not completed to my satisfaction. The name on the back of the shirt was not finished as ordered. I was very disappointed because it was a gift to someone else.

I have sent emails and pictures showing you about my order where you sent me the wrong color lettering. They both were suppose to be ROYAL BLUE LETTERING. My size 5x had turquoise lettering. I have not heard anything about replacing my expensive custom jersey.
