Buyers please beware
I checked reviews and chose to purchase anyway. It has been three weeks and my order has still not shipped. I have sent multiple emails to their customer service department. All emails tell me the 10 day wait time, yet it’s been double that for me. I asked for an update on my jersey at least and was told it was being quality tested and would be shipped immediately. That happened a week ago. I emailed again for a shipping update and they tried to “bargain” with me not to post my review or file my claim. I have kept my emails and will be pursuing this further. Buyers please do not purchase from here.

The quality of the shirts/jerseys are wonderful. I have to give a big shout out to Judy for her hard work. My 2nd order had an issue regarding shipping. Judy stayed in touch with me even when I'm sure she didn't want to. She represented her company well and worked hard to resolve my problem. In business there will be times where obstacles are thrown in your way and in my case Judy did all I could ask for to fix the situation. Top notch service and I'm already planning g our 2023 team jersey from them.

Arrived a month later
Everybody who ordered after me received their jersey before me I didn’t tell anyone about the jersey until 3 days after I ordered mine its took a month and 8 days for 2 jerseys to be inspected and arrive customer service asked when my event was and if i paid them $30 they would make sure they get here in time but if I ordered a month in advance why wouldn’t it be here in time?? I’ve asked for a refund multiple times I’m trying to send this jersey back i have no use for it nomo

Really sorry about this unhappy purchase, you know you chose standard shipping for your order, which takes about 8-10 business days for delivery, turn around time is about 30 days, that's why we advised you to change to expedited shipping for sure can arrive in time
And you know shipping time depends on the delivery address, efficiency of the local post office or local weather or so, so that's why someone gets the order faster than yours

asked and was assured that the jersey I ordered would take 8 to 10 business days total. Wanted it for a specific trip that was 15 days away. Several e mails went back and forth. I was told it was shipped on the 3rd and given a tracking#. No tracking available on that#. I was told it was DHL first, then the tracking#. Long story short, I asked for a refund before I left because it hadn't arrived in the promised time. I was offered a $10 compensation for a shirt that I can't use and don't want. According to the company, these are custom made and there's no refund policy.
Can't tell you the quality or the looks of the jersey because it's still in the package.
Bottom line is I won't be doing business with this company again. Plenty of promises, lots of excuses, but short on delivery. Buyer beware.

Poor quality and customer service
Reached out to you a week ago due to the Jersey lettering being sewn on crooked and every letter on the beanie is slanted and crooked. No response. Waste of money. Would not buy from again.
Have emailed multiple times. Sent multiple pics of defects. No response. But they can take the time to respond to a bad review. What a joke.

Not what I expected
Not what I expected. The print was faded and the material is very thin and cheap. The way the embroidery was split in the front makes it hard to read what it says.
It’s not bad enough to want a refund, I just don’t foresee being a return customer and it’s a shame because I’m in a basketball league here.

Purchased over 2 Dozen Jerseys

Worth the Wait
The wait time was quite a while but, it’s a custom jersey and coming from China, so understandable.
Overall quality is great and looks amazing. Stitching is good and colors are nice and bright. Really good product for the price. I will definitely use Fiitgshop again!
