After a shaky start, Melissa at Fiji Vacations has stepped up and taken charge of our travel plans. Fiji Airlines has made her job more difficult with changes in planes, times and seating, but Melissa has handled it in a professional and courteous manner. She has informed us and kept us up to date. I recommend Melissa and her firm for your travel needs. If I could I would give her 4.5 stars.

We had some difficulties with changes from the airline that were not expected. Melissa worked extremely hard in our behalf to rectify the airlines problem. Everything turned out great.

Fiji Airways changed our flight time and flight number, and that caused us to lose our prepaid bulkhead seats. Melissa worked diligently over a 3-week period and was finally able to get Fiji Air to honor our original seats and restore them. She saved our trip, because I would not have been able to fly in the regular coach seats due to medical concerns. Nineteen dental students were counting on my being able to help them provided endodontic treatment in Tonga, and my not going would have been a disaster for all.

Fiji vacations made our honeymoon run so smoothly, it all started with Melissa providing all kinds of great recommendations and answering all of our questions. We didnt think to use a travel agency and we are so happy we did, they took care of everything!! The flight, hotel, transfers, and meals. It took all the worry out of planning, they even helped us get some room upgrades! Fiji vacations is amazing and I'm so happy we used them! Vinaka!

I am not one to really use a Travel Agent. I guess I feel I can get a better deal doing it on my own. I have been proven wrong by Caroline and the staff at Fiji Vacations. Caroline was amazing to work with and completed our vacation far and above then my exceptions would have ever went. Our trip to Fiji was fabulous with some extra perks that I didn't even know about. Caroline was the hero when it comes to our vacation to Fiji! Thank you for all that you did for us, we truly enjoyed every minute of it!

My husband and I recently returned from a Fiji vacation at Likuliku Resort. The accommodations were beautiful and well-maintained, food delicious, and service impeccable. We have traveled extensively and usually enjoy 5-star properties, but Likuliku is "next level". I feel that what separates this experience from others is the STAFF. Everyone is professional, but authentic and genuine. It makes you feel that you truly are "at home" in paradise.
In addition, the service provided by Fiji Vacations made international travel seamless and worry-free. All of our connections and transfers were taken care of, and communicated so we knew where and when we should be to get to and from our destination. Thanks Cheryl for your help. We look forward to another Fiji vacation next year!

Melissa is very knowledgeable about all areas of Fiji. She was able to help us select a great resort that met our wish list. The price was also very fair beating many of the options trip advisor was sending.

We found Fiji Vacations online after doing some research for potential honeymoon options. IT WAS BY FAR THE BEST choice we made!!!! Fiji is one of the most beautiful countries my husband and i have visited. It seemed a bit daunting to have to make all the arrangements since neither of us had been there, so we definitely needed a little help. As soon as i started emailing Cheryl with Fiji Vacations, she offered very useful advice and suggestions based on our feedback. We ended up going to Savasi, in Savusavu. It was honestly the most magical time of our lives. We will never forget our experience and feel thankful to have found such great and helpful people from the get-go. I would do everything all over again...a must have experience <3

I worked with Cheryl Jacobson. She contacted me after I put in a booking request pertaining to The Bucket List Family promotion. From the very beginning she was extremely attentive, polite, and was more than happy to answer my questions. Now that I'm back from the trip I'm even more pleased with my experience. Everything went flawlessly. The flights, transportation to and from the resort, and then the room at the resort. It was beyond amazing. Everything far surpassed my expectations and I couldn't have had a better time. I will not hesitate to recommend Fiji Vacations and Cheryl to my friends. Thank you so much for everything!

We are so happy that we booked with Cheryl at Fiji Vacations. She had perfect recommendations and knew everything about Fiji. We had a problem with our sea plane transfer on arrival and Melissa and Cheryl immediately jumped on the situation and had us booked in a helicopter and drinking bloody Marys while we waited. Fiji is so amazing and there are so many different places to stay and things to do, so it was very helpful to work with Cheryl to book the right places. They highly recommended Coconut Beach Resort which was such a special beautiful place. On my own, I probably wouldn’t have picked that resort, but thanks to Cheryl, we got to experience the magic there. I cant say enough great things about Fiji vacations, thanks for an amazing trip!
