Miracle worker. Saved my files that I thought were gone for good. I was freaked out when I accidentally deleted all my old pictures and videos. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and polite and very understanding. They even showed me steps that I can do to prevent any of these accidents. Great Customer Service so happy I trusted my gut and not the negative reviews. If I did not retrieve my hard drive that I foolishly left in the hot sun for days on end I would have lost my job most likely. I found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable but they never promised me the moon the where very honest that they may not retrieve anything but you still needed to pay. I found the rates yes a little high but well worth it all these companies have high rates and for good reason they save the day and it takes time to do. I was very satisfy with the service and outcome.

They were straightforward letting me know what could happen and they didn't promise I would have ALL of my files back. If I needed to recover data, I would like to speak to a team of individuals that are competent in my internal/external electronics. My data is precious and I do not want to lose it in any way shape or fashion. I expect fast turn around and efficient staff to completely answer any questions that I may have or stumble upon. This could apply to everyone, but I had to learn the hard way back in the old days (2009.)
