I purchased a dress for my cousin's wedding and paid about $80AUD. The colour of the dress was advertised as light blue, but the real colour was more of a teal (green/blue) and looked nothing like the photos. Also, I am a size 12 (UK) and not an unusual shape, however, the dress was tight over the hips and bust and baggy around the waist. It was like someone just sewed it straight up and down, with no shape. The reason I gave this dress one star is because I contacted Fileyss several times about sending it back and they just made the process really difficult. I explained that postage would have cost me $40AU and they weren't prepared to give a full refund. I was finally offered $20AU to "just keep the dress". Lesson learned. Buy Australian made. 1- Firstly the dress is extremely poorly made 2- the zipper is not aligned correctly on the waist band and as such does not zip closed as it’s not stitched correctly
3- it is not lined as per reviews
4- it does not have a closure clip as per reviews.
5- the material is extremely cheap and not quality at all
6- the tie at the front is not made correctly and has fallen off when trying on
7- it is not make of as stated as it has that it is 45% Elastane and 55% Rayon which this is NOT what the dress is made of. It has no stretch and not as your website claims. It does not have a material tag on the dress either which is a standard that should be displayed on any quality clothing company.

Ordered a Christmas jumper in middle of November for some work Christmas events in middle of December. Still not arrived so pointless purchase now.

Their customer service advised they needed to be manufactured. No mention upon ordering that you would only receive after Christmas!

What is the point of selling Christmas items that you don't actually have in stock - surely you are not that unintelligent to realise if you can't provide in the seasonal window there is no point selling the item.

Useless don't bother with companies that can't operate in an intelligent way. Only leads to poor reviews and unsatisfied customers.

Purchased a dress recently and when it arrived it was nothing like the advertised dress, it was cheaply made and unwearable. When I contacted the company as per their returns policy I was told if I wanted to return it I would need to cover the cost, even though their returns policy states you can return it if the item has quality issues! The customer service is terrible and I will never buy from this website again!
