The colour of the dress I ordered was not green as described, but duck egg blue. I was disappointed as I had bought accessories in green to match. I was compensated which helped to offset my cost of blue accessories, as I decided to keep the blue dress

Shipping took a very long time and it would keep from coming back in the future received dresses a month later from order date

I love the dress and its a good fit.
The buttons make it stylish and different.
It's full length on me rather than midi, but that's fine.
delivery was fine, although, as with most mail orders, the dress arrived very creased, but it was easy to iron.
I haven't yet worn it out, but look forward to doing so.

I ordered a dress from this company in May. After waiting over a month, I discovered it had got lost on its way to me, so I ordered it again. Two months after first ordering it, it finally arrived and was much too small for me. I tried to contact them about returning it and getting a refund, but was told they only accept returns for faulty items, not ones that are too small or the wrong colour. They offered me a paltry 7 dollars as "compensation." I then found their returns policy online, and discovered that it does indeed say that, if you read it VERY carefully. I've tried to warn other people enquiring about their returns policy on the Facebook ads, but they instantly delete any negative feedback.

Quality good, sizing accurate for me, easy to order. Took approx four weeks to ship to UK, but no problems. Would consider ordering again. Recommended

The product was EXACTLY as shown on-line. Beautiful! Price was great for the excellent quality. Received when I was told it would come. I would order again from this company.

Order took a month to come, but I got very quick responses to email queries and very good tracking once posted. Dresses are nice, quality is fine, what you’d expect at this price point. The sizing is tiny. I am a UK 14-16 and the XL (20-22) is the right size for me. Definitely size up!

Beautiful selection of dresses. I chose a blouse and a halterneck dress and held my breath to see if the quality was any good. Delivery took a while as it came from the US to the UK. Would have liked a notification email to say that my package was on the way, but apart from that, the clothes arrived, are nice, summer-lightweight quality and fit me. I particularly love the fabric design - unlike anything I’ve seen.

The dress was NOT simililar to the picture. The picture shows a dresss with flower embroded tulle, but it is printet fabric with no tulle. the size didn’t match, I used the size guide - and ordered a large - but it should have been an xlarge.

2 Dresses eventually arrived but both wrong size. I ordered 3XL as I am typically UK 18/20. I'm 6ft tall & have curves.

Pure rubbish in quality & stitching pulled at seams, poor quality products. Nothing like how Dresses were represented in photos on their website.

I wish I could give this site 0 Star as this is what it truly deserves.

I also seriously question those that left 5 Star Reviews??

Never again - Ireland Customer

My order took 6 weeks to arrive to me in Ireland after many emails. One dress was much smaller than the size it was labelled. I asked for a way to return it. After 14 email communications, they have refused to pay for return (but gave me an address in UAE to send it to, at my own expense) and offered me 16 dollars refund. I paid 34 euros for the dress so I do not accept that. I do not recommend using this company and am now also dubious about their origin and where the clothes are made.

Love the dress and the manufacturer to customer "no middle man" sale concept. However, delivery of our purchase was untrackable having taken nearly a month to get to us, a significant matter needing your attention.
