Disappointing experience

I was trying to purchase some products from this website for the first time. At the first attempt, it didn’t accept my credit card details. At the second attempt, it didn’t accept the promotion code for first time buyers! I did buy the product without using promotion code anyways. I did e-mail customer service several times regarding this, but no reply. It’s a shame that they treat their customers like this. It’s unprofessional and disappointing. I will never buy anything from them again.

Great Customer service!

Great Customer service and fast delivery. I recommend this site any enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally. This supplier has a great range of products and I received my order the next day.

Speedy delivery

I ordered from Fillers Direct about a week ago. Their service was excellent and their products are well priced. I purchased the Kabelline, which arrived very fast. I'd definitely recommend this supplier as they are professional and reliable.
