I forgot to cancel my subscription so was debited.meanwhile i has also purchased an annual cheaper plan a week before so i now had 2 active subscriptions.I reached out to filmora on their chat service the following day and i was not given any issues regarding my reason for needing a refund. The agent was very polite and understanding. I was told my money will reflect in 7 to 30 days.
To my pleasant surprise the money reflected the following day.
This was such a relief and made me soooo confident about my continuation with using Filmora services.
Thank you for your honest and transparent services.

Amaze your family and friends
I started a few years ago with Slideshow Builder Deluxe and graduated to Filmora. I collect photographs like I used collect stamps as a boy.
During the Covid lock-down I scanned all my photos from my parents time, thru my own childhood to the time when digital cameras became the norm.
As a result, I can create a slideshow of family and friends in an hour or less for, say, a 70th birthday or in tribute to someone who has passed away. The feedback I get from everyone is amazement and gratitude.
I'd recommend both Slideshow Builder Deluxe and Filmora to you. I'd say I have only scratched the surface of what Filmora can do as it's quite versatile and the possibilities are endless for the more technically-minded. I am 76 years old..

Lots of easy to use features
I use Wondershare to film my videos and it was very easy to figure out. It's worth the money to make professional looking videos and it's easy to add text, video, music.

In troubleshooting my issue, questions / suggestions from 2 different analysts gave me an idea on how to overcome my issue (split screen usage in the middle of a running main video- I need the main video to be seamless before , during and after the split).
