When I tried to update MobileTrans, I had difficulty because it was too old. Angelo, Jennifer, and Barry were able to help me. They were fast to respond and very professional. My issue was fixed promptly. I would recommend Wondershare software to all my friends. I have several other of their products that run beautifully.

There are many reason to choose Wondershare software. Even though its features not as much as high end software but it keeps improving and innovative. I own filmora, edraw and mindmaster. and i can say that i am really satisfied for what i've paid so far and it is price is reasonable for student too.

Contact was easy and constant until my problem was resolved. Extremely satisfied.

This was my first experience wondershare software for Transferring my whatsapp data from Android to IOS. I tried multiple options but none of them worked, then i came across wutsapper which finally helped me in transferring my entire chat backup without too many efforts. Kudos to the team!!

Wondershare has some great products no doubt. I'm still getting to know the amazing capabilities of Filmora, PDF element etc. However, and perhaps more important to me has been the excellence and professionalism of their customer service team. I have had to reach out to them for support and some issue resolution recently and the speed, sensitivity and sagacity displayed has left me more impressed. I wish all companies are like this!

I recently purchased the lifetime subscription to Filmora X.

I choose Wondershare Software, Filmora X after doing a lot of research on video editing programs as I wanted to create home movies from the hundreds of hours of video clips and photos I have accumulated over 18 years.

I have used various video editing and conversion programs from time to time over the years and Filmora is the best, most easiest to use and rock solid stable program by far.

I did have an issue with Filmora causing my iMac M1 to force close the program due to using too much application resources. I reached out to customer support and received a very quick response, with clear trouble shooting options and step by step instructions about how to resolve this issue. It was a simple fix, to download the latest version, somehow the trial version I downloaded before I subscribed wasn't updating to the latest version. But customer support knew exactly how to help me fix this problem and gave me a process to follow, very comforting to know there is a customer support available to quickly respond and work with you to fix any issues.

I am now creating home movies with hundreds of hours of video clips, I am using multiple large high resolution video clip files which load, add to timeline, edit and add effects without a glitch. The movies render quickly and perfectly. I am outputting to MP4 on best quality and viewing on my 83" Sony OLED TV and the quality is stunning. In fact some of my old video clips from 2003 on a basic video camera which the picture quality is just okay, actually look amazing, I'm not adding any effects or trying to clean the video up, Filmora is obviously rending these clips in a way to give the best picture quality result.

I am really enjoying using Filmora X and even getting creative with what seems to be a limitless set of video editing effects and functions I probably haven't discovered yet.

I highly recommend Filmora X and Wondershare Software for their excellent products and customer service.

This is Filmora X. Did a lot of research to find the easiest to use which had great features. So got this and was very happy with my choice. Easy to use, lots of video resources on how to use on their site and their support via email is stellar. They get back very quickly with my questions with very detailed answers. Highly recommended

Wondershare has a really helpful team. I had a problem with my project showing an error whenever i tried opening it, so i spoke to them about my issue. After the chat they contacted me via email and asked for some details concerning my project. After providing thoose details i got my project working again in 12 hrs.

Had a problem with video clips jumping forward when I inserted music. The technicians couldn't replicate my problem so resolved it by upgrading my version from 9 to 10.
Response time was quick and effective.

Besides Wondershare Software is something that I wouldn't try anything else, lately I experienced the quickest solving problem ever. So, on top of everything, customer relations are the best.
Usually, I don't have time for reviewing stuffs. Now, I made an exception because they really deserve.
