Brilliant service, friendly customer service.
Brilliant service! I forgot to add my details into the envelope, emailed them with a description, they were able to identify the packaging and process the order.
Will be using this service going forward! Thanks!

Great service at reasonable prices
FilmProcessing provide by far and away the best film processing service I've ever used. Orders are turned around quickly, their services are very reasonably priced, prints are of very high quality and they provide great communication throughout. I would thoroughly recommend

Helpful and Friendly Customer Service
The customer service I experienced with this business was unreal. I had an issue with Royal Mail taking far too long to deliver my package containing my undeveloped film in. Despite this not being their fault at all, they were very quick to reply to my emails and were extremely helpful with updates. When the film did eventually arrive, they were unbelievably fast at developing it and getting it sent over and I could not be happier with the results.
I would recommend this business to anyone and I will be definitely using them again.

Quick and great quality
Quick to process, communication is excellent and received processed films and prints the second day after they received the films (free 2nd class mail), and the digital links as soon as they processed them. Really impressed with the service, and the quality of the digital prints are v good too!

Great company, highly recommended
I contacted FilmProcessing.co.uk before ordering as I was concerned that the film I had was very old and may have been exposed. They confirmed that if the film was ruined they would only charge me for the film processing and not the cost of the prints.
In just a few days I received the developed prints together with an explanation as to why they were not crystal clear. 20 years in a camera with it being opened before the film was fully rewound would explain this but it was a nice touch.
The memories were precious and I appreciate the service.
Would definitely recommend.

Give them a try and you won’t regret it!
Customer service was great and my film was processed really quickly! I also ordered physical prints and new roll of film which came the day after receiving the digital copies. FilmProcessing.co.uk will definitely be the only place I get my film developed from now on. Highly recommend!

Brilliantly better than competition
I needed film developing from a disposable camera and everyone I asked for suggestions of where to go only had bad experiences. Long turn around times, lost films, bad quality etc… Took a low expectations punt on these guys and got my photos back the next day at almost half the price of what Boots charge. Fantastic service that deserves recognition, so highly recommended.

An efficient, high quality service
After discovering that a company that I have used for many years had disappeared, I was wary of trying another company. Film Processing.co.uk was recommended to me, has great reviews so thought I would give it a try.
Several films later, I am delighted to say how pleased I am with both speed and quality of service. Colour film processing is unbelievably fast, and whilst black and white takes a little longer, it is worth waiting for.
There is also a very good range of film for sale too, at good prices so I will be buying my film from them also in the future. Overall, a very good find and highly recommended.

Great speedy processing with fantastic quality. Customer service was prompt and effective through email and they even provided feedback on my film regarding issues with the processing which were my fault. Great experience all round

Read Fine Print.
This is a review as a archivst, who was too busy to handle my own personal film that the family wanted to see at a gathering so I outsourced.
3 day turnaround for C41 Colour Film (4 rolls)
They have a strange 27 / 39 pricing bracket for 35mm films rather then just 24/36 flat rate standard.
Scanning Offerings:
30.43MP - TIFF "High Quality" (Dropbox Only)
19.87MP - JPEG "High Quality" (Dropbox/CD)
(4.99MP Standard / 8.85MP Medium JPEG offerings also, but not worth touching in the real world)
Note no DNG offering (i.g lossless compressed TIFF)
Exposed image area only no open matte option, as they are clearly using Fujifilm feeder scanners standard practice for high-medium volume work.
TIFF is not there defacto scanning workflow so do beware if getting prints/scans done to always select TIFF scans outherwise they just use JPEG 8-bit as the hard file output on the scanner JPEG should only be used for post web exports not as a inital/archival scan of film as its recovery/adjustment data potential is just very lacking, if highlights/whites are clipped for example they will colour shift if recovery is attempted.
There scanning option naming is Low/Medium/High quality, but the drop down menu was not clear you can only get TIFF with there cloud transfer option via DropBox, and they do not offer archival grade DVD/BD25 optical discs and only currently use 700MB Taiyo Yuden Co transparent Silver CD Discs (97m24s01f - Model) so a 36 roll of film will be on 2 discs.
On the 8 optical discs I received there were fine scratches from I hope just out of calibration disc burners used, and finger oils, while these discs all read correctly after cleaning, these would not pass QC for indexing into my current optical archive "out of box" sort of speak as they are not DataLifePlus or M-Disc grade discs with no ECC data or checksum sheets, not many companys do optical right today but only offering CD is very cost/space ineffective has been for a decade.
While this service is not perfect, they did not scratch my negatives, they put the orignal canisters in there orignal pots and provided new pots with lables ontop with the film un-cut so I could easily refrance the date of each set/order number, of which each pack had its disc/index numbered notes as well, there was 2 discs per each 36 roll, and 2 index cards with each set alongside acceptable albeit highlight clipped matte prints.
Overall this is a acceptable service if you don't have the time to scan/dev your own film, and or your film was shot in a clinical setting, I only wish they used TIFF for the inital scans and offered JPEG/Prints dirived from that source rather then JPEG all the way if a mistake is made or TIFFs required later it costs time and money on both ends, now if they had 2:1 60-90mp scanning services and or offered archival grade DVD discs they would have 5 stars.
After reaching out via email about website menu and disc burning workflow issues and seeing the email opened several times going up the chain, I was promtly refunded my entire 72GBP order the next day this company values direct input, and takes its customers issues seriously.
After reviewing my media, and considering there reaction to my input, I am happy to recommend them to outhers due to acceptable meterial handling, but please always read the fine print.
Stupendous service
First of all, the speed. Posted film on Wednesday and had the pictures back on Saturday. Brilliant. Also the price: much cheaper than high street processing.
Ordering is very clear and straightforward.
Altogether a fantastic service which I will be using regularly now that I have ditched the digital in favour of film.
Thanks
