Complicated exchange
It’s been more than a month since I ordered a ring from filosophy, I received it on the 6th of august but unfortunately I picked the wrong size, so I asked if I could exchange it and I’ve been told to send it back to the company address, what I have done on the 21st of august, and the package arrived on the 27th, but unfortunately filosophy doesn’t respond to me on any support so I am still waiting and don’t know what to do.
Hoping they just forgot or anything.
