I love this gear
I love this gear - hardwearing and old timey cool. Expensive, but excellent quality. I own a high quality GoreTex, but in foul weather I prefer my Filson outerwear. I do have a few negatives, however: 1) the cost of returning an item; 2) the lack of laid flat measurements - please just tell us the dimensions of the garments laid flat rather thn the often misleading 'Filson' size guide. Other than that, buy it!

over priced shipping and failure to cancel item
I ordered a hat / cap off Filson and before I realised the shipping to the uk from EU was £25 and the hat £45 which is outrageous to pay £5 shipping etc on a £45 item it had gone through on Apple Pay
I immediately emailed Filson with 2 minutes on a Sunday evening and they replied saying basically it can't be cancelled due to the speed of there shipping etc
It made no sense but they said I had to take delivery and sorry return
its arrived and now the emails I send go on deaf ears and I bet they want me to pay a fortune to return
not at all happy especially when I got confirmation of my request 3/4 minutes after ordering
seems like a way to force me too keep an item
