Easy & Accessible
I love that the company is woman owned & out of a state that is near and dear to my heart! The ease of setting up the subscription and having them delivered to my door makes it so easy and yet I know that my filter is being changed on time! The quality of the filters is great and I can visibly see how well they work when I go to change them. I had recently moved and support was great in facilitating the change of address & helping me figure out the proper size I would need to change to.

Great experience
I was actually looking forward to receivingthis one. This is great. I like that you can suspend an automatic order and they do it right so you can tell it to just skip a delivery. I received the next one as expected- no problems. The filter works well and you can see the dust collected when you get the new one.

Great company and great filters. Awesome communication with upcoming shipments and they make skipping or adjusting super easy. The customer service is excellent and if you have an issue they make it right very quickly. I love that it reminds me to change my ac filter regularly.

Good filters, slow arrival
Overall, good filters that can be customized in size. I would recommend however, keep in mind it will take two weeks or more to get your order after you have been charged.
