I paid for next day delivery.
I paid for next day delivery, the item never stated it was out of stock and it took 4 days for the item to arrive costing my company money and if I was aware the item was out of stock I would have ordered else where

I put an order in with another company who gave me an expected delivery date of 3 weeks for one of the filters. a quick internet search turned up FilterFinder and I had the filter within 3 days at a fraction of the price. I wish I had put the entire order in with FilterFinder, I know I will next time.
