The items needed to process the claim were clear. The timeline was what was shared. The only thing I had trouble with is clicking on the link in the email to get to the claim on line. For both my claims I had to call in and get claims documents

I had a windshield crack.When I called FIMC to report I needed a repair, the person was very friendly and efficient. I asked if I could go to Safelite Repair because it is less than a mile away. He called for me,got an appointment within 30 minutes!
I was so grateful and happy!

I didn’t give 5 stars only because I found it easier to talk to someone than the set up for the computer. The computer took days to try to work out. The person on the phone was better understanding and the process was completed within minutes and I received my deposit that night. Less than 12 hours. Thank you again for all of your help.
