Although I experienced difficulty with logging into website, once I managed to submit paperwork, there was no problem in obtaining fund recovery. Enjoyed it being bank deposited. Thank you.

Although I experienced difficulty reaching your website, once I obtained the required application to submit, FIMC processed it & I obtained appropriate refund deposited into my account (great treatment). My auto is working well; I am pleased and am grateful. Thank you.

Easy experience a quick response

Easy experience a quick response. They did everything that they said they would. In the end my repair cost me less in the long run. No charge for the towing which helped a lot.

FIMC made it so easy for me to apply for my Homeowners Insurance Dedcuctable refund online. I had my refund within a week of submitting documentation.

When I called for a lock out

When I called for a lock out. I wasn't expecting ro wait 5 hours with a cancelation In between and still had to wait for another truck that didn't look like a tow truck. I believe that should've been stated to me to look for a regular pickup truck.

I filed my claim on my last repair

I filed my claim on my last repair. It was fast easy and quick and I got my reimbursement direct deposited to my bank. This is a great product. I use this all the time for reimbursements on repairs, tows, discounts on daily outings. The list goes on and on. I saved booking my hotel through them. What I love more is that where ever my kids are, or whoever they are with, they are protected. Meaning broke down, they will come to them, accident, they are covered, it's amazing!!

I simply just love your program

I simply just love your program, I've never come across a company that provides the service and benefits like yours. Too many bugs, not enough discounts

The discounts rarely change, so I uninstalled the app. It was also glitchy and gave grey pop up errors saying it couldn't load the page, when it actually does. Using the website, you can't access the discounts at all. It says it's redirecting you to an external webpage, but doesn't go anywhere.
