Right from the word go, Adam and the team from Final Touch have been nothing but faultless in both their quality of finish and the level of customer service that we received. Nothing was ever an issue for Adam, he came out to measure when it was convenient for us, gave us advice that you know comes with years of experience and his kind nature put us at ease from the moment he walked through our front door. We quickly decided on our beautiful shutters having looked at all of the samples that Adam came prepared with, and put our order in. The delivery time for the blinds was very reasonable and having shopped around a little bit first, the price was very competitive. We were kept up to date throughout the whole process and could even track our blinds with the shipping link we were provided with. Our blinds arrived and we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming Ethan and Giles into our home to complete the fitting. We have a dog that can be very nervous around new people and they were both absolutely fantastic with working around him. Anytime my partner had a question about what they were doing or how the blinds worked, they took the time to go through everything and made her feel so completely at ease. We are incredibly happy with the finished product and cannot thank Adam, Ethan and Giles enough. We even got a sneak peak at some pictures of the new show room that they are hoping to launch soon and honestly we wish them all the best, because hard working and caring businesses such as Final Touch deserve to flourish.

At the appointed time on 25/05/23 two polite young men arrived and the blind was fitted very quickly. The mechanism was explained and demonstrated and we are very happy with the blind and our experience. We would happily recommend them

We contacted Final Touch Blinds and they responded quickly, came to measure and discuss exactly what we wanted. They gave us lots of advise and showed us all different options they have. They have fitted a black out blind in my bedroom which is remote controlled. It is life changing! It is sleek, quiet and the colour matches my newly decorated room perfectly. The guys who came to fit my blind where quick, efficient, friendly and so polite. They gave me clear instructions and demonstration. Would highly recommend.
