I was with the Simply Group for financing but they were either taken over or bought out by Finance it and now my monthly bill has gone from $158.56 to $326.28. When I called they said I electronically signed a contract outlining the terms and increase. I asked them to send me a copy of this contract which they did. I told them I had never seen this contract before and there was NO SIGNATURE anywhere on it. I have my original contract in writing from the Simply group outlining the terms and amount of payment. Before Financeit took over I was assured NOTHING WOULD CHANGE. Even someone from Financeit said "nothing would change". In my opinion this is a horrible, shady company. Stay far far away from them.

really after 2 years, my payments jump from $140 to over $400 and only $20 goes to the princial loan amount, the rest is interest! is this legal? anyone reading this DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, yup they say took a closer look ,same damn story, if you dont pay out in 2 years you are paying out your ass

I would like to bring to your attention that my experience with this company has been concerning. Upon signing up for a loan, I encountered issues with communication as they failed to respond to any of my emails. Additionally, they have been deducting extra amounts from my account without providing proper justification. This has led me to believe that some of the positive feedback they receive might be paid for.
I strongly advise exercising caution when dealing with them.

Financeit took over Snap home finance. I owed 1409.61 on my loan. Finaceit is charging me 6020.42 in interest at 11%. This is fraud 100%. Called and basically said I was to pay this amount over 180 months or payout amount of 6530.27.

My account was moved from Snap Financial to FinanceIT recently, and Financeit is charging me 11% of interest and has not updated my payments from Snap Financial. Basically, when I login to their website, my account is showing that I signed the loan April 2024, the amount owning is extremely high when I've been paying my loan for years now. I sent several emails with no replies from Financeit.

Aside from the deal I got on my heat pumps Financeit receives their payments twice each month and then calls to tell me they tried to process the payment early themselves and failed. Then they try to tack on an administrative charge for their inconvenience. SCAM after I finish my payments I’ll never use these guys again.

Absolutely incompetent company. Never provided any written confirmation on change of terms, interest rate increase and completely managed to mess up account. Their phone system is a joke as it mostly hangs up automatically when you call them. When people do answer, they simply say their supervisor will call back but they never do. I have called them half a dozen time and not a single time I've received a call back.
These guys are scammers.

The portal is the best around. Other banks need to learn from this! Also my rep Duane Fancy has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND more than a few times and I'm super grateful to have him as part of the team!!
Love the service and support absolutely hate your increase in fees for the deferred payment programs (6 month no interest no payment) and am most likely taking all future business to Flexiti who are half of your new rate.
Save yourself the hassle and heart ache !! Do not deal with them. Seems nice at the beginning but at the end its turned out to be the total opposite.
I bought a heat pump and the first payment was supposed to be on the 5th of April after that the interest will start with written proof. Well yesterday (20 March) i was looking up in my bank account and they took out a first payment. So i decided to pay off the remaining balance that same day then call Fianceit. When I got a hold of someone at Financeit, they told me to send them an email with proof that its the 5th of April and not the 20th of March and it will be re credited. Well that did not happen and will not ever happen. I received an email today stating that I still owe 12.02$ even after i confirmed the balance owing which was paid off in total. So where did this extra 12.02$ come from ?? The service rep did not have an answer. So i have now over paid by 245$.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. FIND A DIFFERENT SOURCE FOR YOUR PAYMENT.
I purchased a furnace from Action Furnace with excellent service. Unfortunately, they deal with these incompetent people. My father was my co-signer and they imputed his financial information instead of mine as the lender TWICE. I called after the first incident and they promised to send a link so I could fix the financial information. A few days prior, I checked and NO EMAIL! It was very simple to fix online yet the customer service representative was incapable of helping me at all
With the partnership with Financeit we were able to meet our clients financial needs & complete the sale of services they required. A win-win!
